01/02/2025: My first experience with panigacci... unfortunately disappointing 😔 I ordered the €22 menu, the trio of boiled panigacci was satisfying, I can't say the same for the dry ones offered later: the panigacci were often lukewarm and definitely too hard, the variety of cured meats was normal, but the vegetarian option was strongly discouraged (should I perhaps fill a panigaccio with a herb cake???). The service, although fast, was not very attentive and hasty. Although sweet panigacci were also included in the menu, these were not brought (only 1 in number, at our request, but cold). Sorry but we won't be back!

24/01/2025: In the center of Sarzana, a single room, with brick vaults on the ceiling. The choice is not wide, and unfortunately when I went the cannelloni I wanted to get were not available. The appetizer consisting of 5 tastings consisted of silverside carpaccio (very, perhaps too tasty), good courgette flan, savory pie with spelled (nothing special), good savory pie with courgettes, a sour leaf with a morsel on top of melted cheese. Lacking cannelloni I opted for gnocchi (I imagine homemade, good) with artichoke leaves and Zola cream, let's say that they can be improved. Overall a decent lunch, also considering the honest higher prices.

Cozy and welcoming environment and sensational food! Everything is truly excellent, congratulations!!!
I will definitely come back!

21/11/2024: Sono stato in questo ristorante per pranzo con alcuni amici in occasione di un battesimo. Il locale si trova lungo la strada che conduce a Ponzano Superiore. Nella stessa struttura è presente anche l'omonima struttura ricettiva. All'esterno è presente un ampio parcheggio gratuito per i clienti che si trova lungo una discesa privata. L'interno è molto ampio con un grande camino al centro della stanza. Noi abbiamo mangiato dei piatti prestabiliti. Come aperitivo c'erano pizzette, focaccia, parmigiano e tartellette varie. A seguire sono stati serviti degli sgabei con salumi misti. Come primo sono state servite due portate: un risotto, con radicchio rosso e lardo, e dei ravioli di ricotta e spinaci con burro e salvia. Di secondo è arrivata della pancia di maiale con patate al forno. A conclusione del pranzo è stata servita una torta meringata con cioccolato. Tutte le portate erano abbondanti e ottime. Ho trovato particolarmente buona la pancia servita come secondo. Il servizio è stato, forse, un po' troppo lento ma può capitare durante giornate con eventi.

09/07/2024: An amazing spot in Follo! Recommended to us by the folks at La Pergola B&B. Waitstaff is incredibly nice along with all the others who work at the establishment. Pricing is amazing and food portions are sizeable, not to mention they're absolutely delicious. Though vegan options are small, their vegan burger and marinara pizza leave little to be desired. I highly recommend this place to anyone stopping through Follo or just looking for a quaint and cozy environment to spend their evening.

Bediening vlot en vriendelijk en eerlijke prijzen.
