Abocar due cucine delivered an unforgettable dining experience that transcended expectations. We visited on a quiet Sunday evening and were welcomed into a serene oasis—a beautifully curated garden terrace that felt like a secret escape. Tasteful decor, soft lighting, and a tranquil ambiance set the stage for what would become a night of culinary delight.

From the moment we arrived, our dog Toffee was treated like royalty. The staff’s warmth made us feel truly at ease.
🍽️ Two Menus, One Masterpiece
We opted for two distinct tasting menus:
- Hadria 37, a seafood-forward journey that danced with coastal flavors
- Menu Carne, a celebration of land-based richness
Each dish was a revelation, but the standout was a bold and brilliant creation: pepperoni with ricci di mare brodo. The heat of the pepper met the briny depth of sea urchin broth in a fusion that was nothing short of explosive. Every plate was a masterclass in flavor pairing—South American even exotic influences woven seamlessly into Italian tradition.

Giorgia and Camilla elevated the evening with their professionalism and charm. Giorgia’s radiant smile lit up the terrace, while Camilla’s deep knowledge of the menu added layers of appreciation to each dish. Their presence was as memorable as the food itself.

02/09/2025: A place like La Tiperia probably doesn't need a review, but I think it's fair to give a special "bravo" to those who work as if it were a mission to pass on to others all the good, beautiful, and valuable things they've learned. The quality is extremely high, but despite this, simplicity reigns supreme.

23/05/2025: Sono stato in questo ristorante per 2 giorni (pranzo e cena) in occasione di un congresso.
La sala è carina, magari un po' retrò, ma con vistasul mare.
Il cibo ottimo ed è stato sorprendente perché raramente, in un evento con così tante persone, si riscontra bontà e qualità.
Tra i diversi piatti delle 2 giornate da ricordare il risotto agli agrumi con tartare di tonno, ed il vitello con salsa di senape e miele.
Gentilissimo il personale, anche quello della reception.

Le pietanze, di gusto, con il loro profilo di raffinatezza e la presentazione delicata, rendono il momento del convivio una pausa dal tempo degli altri, consentendo di vivere un' esperienza che lascia un sapore familiare e affettivo. Una nota di merito all' oste: attento, sobrio nella sua simpatia mai banale. Impeccabile anche la selezione musicale che ha contribuito a rendere queste due ore, una coccola.
