17/02/2026: The atmosphere is very nice and welcoming, the dishes are very carefully prepared and refined, with an Argentinean flair (considering the chef). The price, given the work I presume goes into it, is affordable, definitely worth a try. The only flaw is that the wines (if you choose to pair them with the dishes) are always late. Two extra glasses of wine were requested for dessert, but never saw them, and fortunately not even on the bill.
25/01/2026: It was my second visit to this restaurant, the first having been very positive. My second overall positive experience at a high-end restaurant. As a food intolerant, I had mentioned my concerns the morning of my reservation and appreciated their willingness to offer a dedicated menu.
The menu was well-organized, but the final dessert didn't convince me: a panna cotta accompanied by spinach leaves, which didn't provide the harmonious and satisfying conclusion one expects from a Michelin-starred tasting menu.
I believe that the finale is a key moment of the experience and that, even with intolerances, it can become an opportunity to express creativity and care right down to the last bite.
I'm sorry, but this time I left feeling a bit dissatisfied...

01/03/2026: The restaurant is located in a green, wooded area of Montefiore. It feels like being immersed in a real mountain cabin, a truly beautiful setting. Dining here is an experience; relaxation and flavor come together in one place. You'll feel pampered, the dishes are extensive, and the wine pairings are truly perfect. The wait staff is super friendly and knowledgeable, and each dish is explained and presented in the best possible way. For the price (€120 per person, including everything), I'd recommend going for special occasions. Highly recommended.
19/12/2025: The place is truly welcoming and beautiful, but the food is truly spectacular. Kudos to Davide and his team because they are truly talented and the food is divine.

17/06/2025: Il locale è bello e si mangia bene. Abbiamo preso un tagliere di formaggi e affettati e un buon bicchiere di vino. L'oste simpatico molto cordiale.

Le pietanze, di gusto, con il loro profilo di raffinatezza e la presentazione delicata, rendono il momento del convivio una pausa dal tempo degli altri, consentendo di vivere un' esperienza che lascia un sapore familiare e affettivo. Una nota di merito all' oste: attento, sobrio nella sua simpatia mai banale. Impeccabile anche la selezione musicale che ha contribuito a rendere queste due ore, una coccola.

30/11/2025: It was my first time eating this culture, and I must say I was delighted with the quality of the dishes I tasted. The setting was colorful and rich in details inherent to this culture. The lady in the kitchen (I assume she was also the owner) was a delightful and welcoming person, she literally made us feel at home, in her country. I was disappointed not to be able to try other typical dishes; the menu is fixed: appetizer and the dish you see in the photo! I would have even paid a little more to try other dishes... I hope they renew this small detail because for "foodies" like me, it can make all the difference 😂. Another thing I loved was being able to enjoy the food with my own hands... we are used to cutlery, but I must say that the flavors are sublime when you feed them with your own hands.
