29/10/2024: A lovely evening, no reservations and everything was made possible so that we could eat with 8 people. Daily recommendation "Dorade" very good, also meat, pasta and pizza, all excellent :-)

21/10/2024: Stunning location, superb food and excellent service. The breathtaking view was a fabulous backdrop to our lunch, tucked away at one end of the town. Easy to find but easy to miss.
05/10/2024: Super schönes Restaurant mit tollem Blick auf den See. Das Essen war leider nur durchschnittlich. Wir hatten Muscheln als Vorspeise und sind uns nicht sicher ob diese überhaupt noch gut waren, der Geruch war eher unappetitlich, der Geschmack des Suds war ganz ok. Danach gab es Gnocchi und Tagliatelle beides ok eher durchschnittlich. Wir würden deshalb nicht noch einmal zum Essen dort hin.

16/08/2024: Erg lekker eten voor een goede prijs, is een van de goedkopere restaurants in de buurt. Heeft, ondanks dat het goedkoper is, ook nog eens een ruime keus aan eten. Niet alleen pizza en pasta. Meerdere keren hier gegeten deze vakantie, zeker aan te raden! Personeel is enorm vriendelijk.
28/07/2024: Our room was overlooking another building so we kept curtains closed therefore room was dark.Very basic room, but extremely clean and charming.Staff were all really friendly and helpful and reception staff went over and beyond.Fantastic location.Breakfast was great.Overall,Would definitely recommend this hotel

23/09/2024: Two stars for free liminchello and good bear. Otherwise i would say touristic trap maybe? High prices for location but the food was horrible! Pizza was soaked with oil and Vongole? Honestly the worst in my life:( Staff wasn’t that nice and it took them long time to notice that we are finish.
18/09/2024: Very nice location. Very good service. Unfortunately the food wasn't good. The salmon in the spaghetti was apparently smoked, the lasagna was very greasy and there was no minced meat in sight. In addition, the Aperol Spritz tasted very strange, at least not as we know it. No recommendation from me. There are much better restaurants here in Malsesine. Too bad.

Ristorante Buongiorno Buonasera

19/09/2024: We've been visiting Malcesine and eating at Buongiorno e Buonasera for over twenty years and have seen.many changes to both town and restaurant, one of which is the quality and variety of food at the latter. Having said that, I tend to eat pizza here because I've never been disappointed (I rarely eat them back home for the opposite reason) although on my last visit I had Octopus tentacle which was excellent. My wife loves fish and has never been disappointed with their offerings.
Location is on a busy but traffic-free piazza in the middle of Malcesine which is great for people watching but just be aware that it can get a bit chilly if there's a wind blowing and you're sat at the extreme front of the outside area.
The only downside is that the service can be a bit sketchy at times, depending on who is working at the time of visit - but it's not enough of an issue to spoil what is one of our go-to restaurants
03/08/2024: Locale molto delicato. Ottimo servizio con personale gentile e accogliente (mai troppo invadente o pressante).
Cibo molto buono dai primi piatti ai secondi. In aggiunta pane di produzione del locale con impasto integrale e semi.
Consigliato!
