04/03/2026: We've been going to the Hermitgae as a family for many years and it's one of my favourite hotels. Why? It's family run, big enough to have everything you need including a not huge, but swimmable decent indoor pool and spa, but small enough to be personal. The location is in a quiet wooded spot just outside Madonna with stunning views. Rooms are good and service excellent and there is a friendly minibus to take you into town or the lifts always available Most people go half board - the breakfast is excellent with delicious fresh breads, home baked patisserie, hams, salamis and mountain cheeses along woth perfectly cooked eggs to order, pancakes etc, yoghurts, fresh juices - only complaint is they could do with a decent museli, but you can order properly made porrage - and the coffee, top, along with teas. The dinner this year was the best we have had, strating with a grilled veg and salad buffet with hams, smoked salmon and cold roast beef, then choices of pasta/soup course, brilliant main course and stunning desserts - they also do excellent home-made tea time pastries included Madonna itself is medium-sized, low built resort full of, 3 and 4* family run hotels with some very good cafes and shops - the slopes are varied, maybe not Val d'isere, but pretty good with some v demanding blacks and excellent independent-run ski restaurants. Efficient lifts and snow making means conditions are always good, even though it sometimes gets busy at peak as the area is popular now with Poles and Czechs - overall, magical place, very friendly, the Dolomites beat the Alps in my view and as long as you are not into glitzy 6* spiv hotels, Bio Hermitage is the best you can get!

30/01/2026: .A very memorable trip The views of the spectacular dolomites from the hotel are stunning. room was superb andclean, the whole hotel is immaculate with tasteful & comfortable décor. The food was delicious , special thanks to the owners of the hotel Mme.Edda, Misses Barbara & Marcella for the superbe experience in hospitality, each details was studied in this hotel. well deserved 1 key Michelin Star 🗝 the service was excellent & the staff were friendly and kindness Thanks to all of them without exception Nahed ( Spa area) professional Therapist Front desk /Anna Restaurant Giovanni, Rafael,Manuel..Yaggub .all of them without exception Andrea & Andrea on the transportation section . Cleaning the room was perfect stuff 👌 Thanks from the heart ❤ for this family warmth Hotel wishing to them all the best. 15/03/2026: A very nice hotel, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The common areas are very well-maintained, and the rooms are exceptionally clean. We opted for half-board, and the dinner was always excellent and varied. The spa area with pool, Turkish bath, and sauna is also very nice. The owners are extremely polite and always available, as is all the staff. We've stayed in several 4-star hotels in Madonna di Campiglio, but this hotel is every bit as good as the superior ones! Highly recommended!
