05/10/2025: Very nice restaurant on the market square in Kaltern.
23/09/2025: Wonderful restaurant! This evening we had the pleasant position of sitting right at the bar at one of the small round tables! Such a great service team, led by the friendly older lady manager; everyone was in a great mood and did their job with joy and absolute commitment!
I'm in the restaurant industry myself and can speak for myself! A very tough job in a tourist hotspot! And then to experience something like this! 100 out of 100 points!

19/09/2025: Under new management, it has become a restaurant serving Chinese, Thai, and Japanese cuisine, with an à la carte sushi menu. An all-you-can-eat option is also available. The food is delicious. The interior is particularly beautiful, with outdoor seating available. Takeout is also available.
16/08/2025: I actually wanted to have all-you-can-eat sushi, but since my partner doesn't eat sushi or fish, we had to go a la carte, which I found really stupid and a shame. The service left a lot to be desired. If you don't speak Italian, you could only communicate in fragments, but you can speak fluent Italian with the locals.
However, the sushi and Chinese were amazing, so we'll be back.

10/05/2025: Wir waren 3x dort essen.
1. Essen super 👍.
2.) das Personal superfreundlich und bemüht 🥰.
3.) der Wein war lecker 🍷‼️
Der Chef Hermann hat jeden Wein erklärt, war wahnsinnig nett 😊
4.) der Grappa war auch gut 😆.
Langer Rede kurzer Sinn:
super Essen, super Wein, super Grappa, tolle Menschen
Wir sind Weintrinker und haben einiges an Wein gekauft, Grappa auch.
Und wir sind ein bisschen traurig, dass wir Hermann und sein Team nicht mehr sehen, da Urlaub zu Ende.
12/04/2025: Wunderschöne Atmosphäre. Alter Stall, Alter Weinkeller.schön adaptiert. Sohn des Hauses kocht. Südtiroler Traditionsgerichte sehr fein und mit neuem Akzenten auf den Teller gebracht! Sehr saubere Weine aus PIWI-Sorten.

04/05/2025: Der Sonnenschein an einem Veregnetem Tag in Kaltern. Freundliche und zuvorkommende Bedienung. Essen hervoragend die besten Cannelloni die wir je hatten. Kleinere Portionen möglich. Vielen Dank bis zu nächsten mal.
