09/02/2025: This evening I went to this place for the first time with some of my friends for an aperitif. Everything was nice, both in terms of location and "service" until... we see an insect (like a cockroach) on a plate of food. I went to show it and as an answer I got "a bug" without even apologizing or being perplexed by this for a moment. It's not even to say that I was no longer hungry and at the end of it all they made us pay the normal price... but most of all as if nothing had happened

30/12/2024: I went back with a dear friend for aperitif time, there were few people so I can't even justify the terrible service. We sat at a table, noticed it needed cleaning and expected him to come and clean it. Instead, when he served us drinks, bringing the glasses + a bottle of tonic, by hand without a tray, he put everything down and left. We expected him to return with a sponge to clean the table and with some snacks that they usually serve (plain chips and olives) but he never returned. He served 2 other nearby tables, bringing them snacks for the aperitif. Still nothing for us and he left us there even with the table still dirty. I had to get up to ask for something to eat and I would like to point out that we had ordered a cocktail and a glass of prosecco, not 2 glasses of still water. .. what a great shame. At the time of Ennio and Stefano this place was the top.
