08/08/2023: Trattamento ospiti diverso: ordinato canederli con gulash sono arrivati i piatti con 2 canederli a porzione, il tavolo che ha ordinato le stesse portate dopo di noi, gli hanno servito il piatto con 3 canederli. Ho fatto presente al momento del pagamento mi ha scontato di 1,50€ anziché pagare €15,50 ho pagato la porzione €14,00. Stessa cosa per il dolce, piccoli krapfen con crema di vaniglia 2 nella nostra porzione, contro 3 del tavolo successivo. Ok che si viene per la magnifica veduta sul sassopiatto, ma questo trattamento diverso me lo hanno fatto notare i miei figli e mi ha dato fastidio.

30/07/2023: Baita piccola ma ben organizzata. Servizio rapido e piatti in linea con le attese. Incantevole vista sul sasso piatto.

21/08/2023: Family-run pension, simple and spacious rooms with a beautiful view of Burgusio, with all the comforts, fridge, safe, sofa, the cuisine is made of excellent raw materials, the owner and his wife are a truly special couple and equally special is their treatment which have with the customer, the only flaw is the e-bike charging is not very convenient in the evening, with all the space they have available I would use the internal space better maybe next year they will improve the service, already booked for 2024...highly recommended for soon Fam.Thoni Ricard and Creta thanks for everything you are unique

13/08/2023: August 2023 week before Ferragosto. Large, bright, beautiful room. Perhaps it is time to review the photographs that date back some time and are missing some important information. Breakfast: abundant, but with little choice. Dinner: the varied vegetable buffet is a ready-made bowl. But, even in summer, dinner is at 6.30pm, dinner is finished at 7.30pm and everything is closed at 8pm. If you arrive late from a longer excursion than usual, dinner is served quickly, and at 7.35 - 7.40 pm, good night (2 hours until sunset). Logically the dinner is without choice and without prior information of what will be prepared. The price is competitive, but on Wednesdays (closed day) there is no dinner (even in high season). Luckily we found a restaurant nearby and for the last few days we had B&B instead of half board (at the same price: B&B + restaurant).

03/11/2023: Das Rössl ist sehr elegant und heimelig eingerichtet. Mann/Frau fühlt sich sofort wohl und auch das essen ist hervorragend. Das Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam

27/09/2023: Früher waren wir Stammgäste. Vor einem Monat wurden wir vom Wirt weggeschickt wegen technischer Probleme. Letztes Mal wurden wir weggeschickt, weil es voll war. Um 18:15 Uhr. Die Wirtin wirkte völlig überfordert. Ihr Verhalten war unprofessionell. Schade. Leider nicht mehr das, was es mal war.

11/09/2023: Un luogo incantato dove il corpo ritrova la sua pace e relax...quello che uno chiede da una vacanza in montagna...hotel situazione nella zona alta di Bressanone con tutta la città sotto di te...tra le vigne e col ruscello che ti coccola...passati dei giorni stupendi...peccato per la cucina chiusa che secondo me meritava un bel po'...colazione essenziale con prodotti di qualità e freschi...i gestori persone molto disponibili e alla mano....consigliato alla grandissima

22/07/2023: Wir waren aufgrund der Präsentation von "The Tasting Room at Villa Eden" auf der Homepage schon sehr gespannt und haben uns auf den Abend sehr gefreut. Der Abend war für uns außergewöhnlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Kellner war äusserst zuvorkommend, das 7 Gängemenü (wir haben schon einige Sternemenüs genossen) war exzellent. Unsere Erwartungen wurden mehr als übertroffen. Wir haben noch nie so gut gespeist - Ein rundum gelungener Abend - äusserst empfehlswert. Wer nur 5 Gänge bestellt, der verpasst etwas... Wir möchten uns recht herzlich bedanken und kommen gerne wieder. Dieser Abend war der Höhepunkt unserer Südtirolreise und er wird uns noch sehr lange äusserst positiv n Erinnerung bleiben. 22/08/2023: Einfach zu empfehlen: tolles Team, feines Essen, Preis Leistung optimal- einfach toll, sich dort verwöhnen zu lassen !
