23/11/2024: Unfortunately our experience at this restaurant was disappointing. We were left sitting at the table for far too long, and after an interminable wait, not only did the dishes not arrive, but also the management of the situation was unsatisfactory. It's clear that there was some problem in the kitchen, but no one bothered to inform customers or update on the wait, leaving us completely in the dark. When we finally asked for explanations, the staff reacted with unprofessional attitudes, even demonstrating a certain resentment and arrogance towards those who, impatiently, decided to leave the restaurant without having been able to eat. It's a shame, because the environment looked promising, but the lack of transparency and unpleasant attitude completely ruined the experience. A little kindness and availability could have made the difference. I don't think we'll be back, and we could hardly recommend this place to anyone looking for service up to par.

17/11/2024: Pergola's cuisine never disappoints...my palate is always enriched with new emotions, today I ate a first course that left me astounded; the combination of black cabbage, a classic autumnal dish of the Tuscan tradition, with prawn tartare, more typical of the coastal areas.
