31/07/2024: Cena di lavoro, prenotato per 30 persone, arriviamo e il titolare aveva fatto preparare due tavoli divisi da 15 persone ciascuno….ovviamente obiettiamo dal momento che si voleva mangiare tutti insieme. Il titolare, pensando forse che fossimo dementi, sosteneva che non ci saremmo stati in 30 in un unico tavolo. Quindi abbiamo dovuto fargli vedere come si spostano due tavoli e in due minuti abbiamo potuto cenare insieme. Senza aria condizionata (32 gradi la temperatura esterna, percepita nel locale 40), nobiettiamo anche su questo quindi ci propone di mangiare all’esterno peccato che piovesse. Il salone buio, abbiamo dovuto chiedere alla cameriera di accendere la luce per leggere il menu. La cosa peggiore è stata la maleducazione di questo distinto signore. La qualità del cibo meglio non descriverla, un disastro in tutto e per tutto. Sicuramente non ci torneremo. Mi domando come facciano ancora ad essere aperti.

I have been a customer of the Primavera restaurant for over 32 years and I can say that I have recommended this place a thousand times to all those who asked me for advice on eating good food in an elegant but familiar place.
A trattoria that remains anchored to traditions, but that knows how to keep up with modern times.
The restaurant is family-run: the owners are Gianni and Cinzia, with their daughter Annagiulia who welcome you with a smile and kindness that... gives you an appetite!
Let's start with the fish: few places can boast similar quality!
The appetizers, whether refined or simple, offer the flavor of the sea, as fresh as if we were on the beach and the fishermen had just delivered the catch of the day.
The first courses are a riot of taste and the spaghetti baked in foil delights the eyes when a swan made of rolled foil is delivered to the table. The second courses are my favourites, especially the sea bass or sea bream baked with vegetables. But lingering on the menu for a few minutes offers the possibility of always finding some new and interesting dish.
The mixed fried fish is an excellence of the restaurant, almost a business card...
Meat: must try! Typical traditional dishes are accompanied by more original recipes, my preference goes to Albese among the starters and to tagliatelle among the second courses: they never disappoint and have a softness that seems like a caress brought to the palate.
The pizza has a very light dough, thin and very digestible, I have always liked it and it is typical of this restaurant: I don't think I have found a similar preparation elsewhere.
It's definitely an experience worth having!
Very sweet ending: for those who want to finish with a little sugar, Cinzia, the owner, prepares an entire display of beautiful and captivating desserts every day that welcomes you at the entrance and your eyes are immediately captivated. You've just entered but you already know that you won't be able to finish dinner without trying at least one and loving it to the last teaspoon, you will find peace of mind!
Wines: a good selection, with some very particular labels; if you are not sure ask Gianni for advice, even after many years he knows how to amaze me with an unusual but elegant bottle that is the result of his continuous search for excellence.
In short: it's a place to return to as soon as possible!
