16/06/2025: We had lunch at the Carlo restaurant and we are happy to have chosen it. In Senigallia there are many fish restaurants, but fortunately we decided to try it. The fish was fresh and cooked in an exquisite way. Good quality/price ratio. Loris, our waiter proved to be capable, fast and attentive, very appreciable qualities. Well done! We will advertise you!

04/06/2025: Arrivati a Senigallia per visitarla, essendo ormai ora di pranzo, ci siamo imbattuti quasi per caso in questo locale: ottima scelta!!!! Ci siamo affidati ai consigli dei gentilissimi gestori su un antipasto e un primo a base di pesce: cibo squisito e anche ben presentato! Bravi ragazzi, continuate così !!!!!

04/05/2025: I share my review of the resort's restaurant, what can I say, an enchanting place with a breathtaking view of the Marche hills. Excellent quality food and super friendly and knowledgeable wait staff. We had lunch on the terrace outside the pool with a spectacular view of the hills, all accompanied by delicious dishes and excellent selections of wines. Beautiful experience. Very good idea of ​​the tasting menu with 2 starters, 2 first courses, 1 second course accompanied by side dishes and dessert, all at an excellent price. I recommend trying the decomposed olives on the appetizers, a real treat.

10/05/2025: Nice restaurant on the seafront...fast service with very friendly guys...we ate a fish appetizer with very refined proposals, some excellent, others not but anyway you understand how much preparation goes into it and how much work...it's just matter of taste! Excellent frying... I definitely recommend it!

21/04/2025: After dreaming about it so much, my partner and I go to Andreina. We have followed and esteemed the chef for some time, and therefore the expectations are very high, the emotion is great. Therefore I am very sorry to describe our experience in these terms: We start very badly with the service: we are brought a welcome bubble, we choose the "smoking" menu and decide to take a bottle. We ask which macerated wines are on the menu. Answer: not present. We ask for some Orange, answer: I can make you a juice. We understand that there is not what we are looking for and we choose the tasting of 3 glasses, asking for reds at this point. The first glass is brought to us without any interest in first understanding our tastes (perhaps the absence of coravin inhibits the pairing). A low-priced wine that we already knew and in our opinion not of very high quality. In the meantime, 1 hour and 15 minutes have passed, 2 glasses were brought to us without any plans or cutlery. We give some indication of our tastes for the subsequent wines and it goes a little better, but now we are resigned that the experience of wine will not entertain us as much as that of food. In fact, the service continues more relaxed from then on and the food is excellent, from the first course to the dessert. We really appreciate the guys in the room but above all the chef's humility in coming to the tables several times, his evident passion and above all the desire to share hard work and research with the diners, work that can be felt entirely. However, from a restaurant of this size and for the price paid, one expects excellent service and a sommelier attentive to making the drinking experience live which accompanies and enhances the taste experience. This, to my enormous regret, did not happen. Hoping that our criticism is understood in a constructive way, I highly recommend a Coravin (also because there are important labels on the menu while the glasses served for tasting disappointed us a little) and greater attention to service. We will continue to follow the chef's journey with esteem, but we will not return any time soon because for many, having this experience requires a considerable financial outlay and the experience was not up to par due to the service which I would define as "not very pampered".

15/06/2025: Idyllic place in the hills. We have been coming for several years and it never disappoints us! The estate is large and well-kept, you can take beautiful walks (even on horseback, for those who want). The large rooms with everything you need, distributed in various buildings, which guarantees tranquility. Breakfast and lunches served in a beautiful garden under the trees with a view. It also has a wellness center with massages to relax, and a beautiful swimming pool overlooking the surrounding landscape. A perfect place for those seeking peace and relaxation!

Da non perdere gli antipasti e i paccheri con astice.A parte la qualità veramente ottima da valutare anche la quantità. Ci siamo fatti consigliare un bianco fermo locale, è stata una sorpresa!! 09/06/2025: Sono rimasta semplicemente senza parole! Questo ristorante è un vero gioiello: atmosfera curata nei minimi dettagli, personale gentilissimo e piatti da applausi. Ogni portata è un'esplosione di sapori, con ingredienti freschissimi e presentazioni da ristorante stellato. Dall'antipasto al dolce, tutto è stato impeccabile. Consigliatissimo, ci tornerò sicuramente!

18/05/2025: Con la primavera si predilige l'aria aperta e la passeggiata al mare dove si rimane catturati dal richiamo del nuovo menu stagionale dello chef patron Enzo Paolucci che delizia i suoi ospiti con un mirabolante primo piatto di spaghettoni che coniugano il mare e l'orto. Non si può resistere all'esaltazione dell'incontro tra il ragù bianco di ricciola e panocchie amalgamato dal delicato mix di pomodorini confit, olive taggiasche e finocchietto selvatico. Il tutto guarnito con croccante di pangrattato e una spruzzata di olio evo crudo. Il palato gioca sul velluto, si esalta e ringrazia per la sublime contaminazione di colori e sapori.

18/05/2025: "Il piatto di pesce al forno era semplicemente divino! Il pesce era fresco e tenero, cotto alla perfezione con un tocco di croccantezza esterna. Le verdure erano cotte al punto giusto e il sapore del forno era intenso e aromatico. Una vera delizia per il palato! Consiglio di provarlo assolutamente."
