21/07/2024: Che dire esperienza unica. Già l’arrivo in questa location dice tutto. Arte e gusto riempiono gli occhi Una volta al tavolo vieni coccolato fino alla fine. 23/07/2024: Absolutely amazing restaurant. Great ambience and the food is exceptional! I had the fillet with truffles - wow! Food for the whole family - just done with elegance.

12/07/2024: BAD very slow service Orders (requested several times) never arrived Cutlery missing 50 cents more for everything ordered, cover charge included, because the bands are playing inside the venue (we were outside, we didn't hear anything) Ordered two different fried foods, they arrived and they were the same No separate accounts Too bad, it was a nice place years ago..

12/07/2024: Terrible service, slow and unhelpful drivers. Passable food, nothing special. Duty to be paid on every order just because there is live music, and we didn't even listen to it being outside. Last but not least, you don't make separate accounts.. bye indeed!!

27/08/2024: Restaurant on the square opposite the duomo. The pasta and risotto are very good, the pizzas are not exceptional, The Caesar salad is classic with too little sauce, the tiramisu is good. Here we pay for the setting more than the taste.

24/08/2024: I do not recommend the place. We found two waitresses who were not interested in serving us. Food very average. Only the view of the Duomo was beautiful, but it is not worth stopping in this place to admire it

15/08/2024: bel posto in piazza vecchia a bergamo; potrebbe sembrare un po' turistico per la collocazione, tuttavia sono rimasto piacevolmente colpito per la cucina con prodotti locali e di qualità e una presentazione accurata; servizio celere, prezzi giusti

17/07/2024: Bel ristorante situato nella piazza, buona selezione di vini, FAVOLOSO tagliere di formaggi. Tanta scelta tra carne e pesce; da provare assolutamente i primi. Personale cordiale e preparato, tempi d'attesa brevi. Prezzi giusti per qualità, servizio e posizione. Complimenti!

22/08/2024: a single dish for 22 euros... not bad but nothing extraordinary and above all a ridiculous portion which would not be enough for a child. Nice waitress but nothing more. Very disappointed 😕

07/08/2024: Not far from the center of the lower town, this restaurant focuses on quality and not quantity. The products are fresh and local and the dishes original and delicious! All this for a more than reasonable price... I highly recommend it!

22/08/2024: I stayed one night with my partner because we were returning to QC TERME (so the night was not planned). We enter and ask for the room. Yes booking I see it at 94 euros with breakfast. At reception I was offered the cheapest standard one at 100 euros with breakfast. For a few euros I'm not even going to say anything. Terrible second floor room!!! Very old! Head of the bed that seems to come off at any moment, doors that don't close completely so light comes in all night (full of cobwebs), 50's bathroom (I had never seen the knobs attached to the wall in the shower). Power socket used for the fan... It was impossible for me to close the door while my partner managed but there is still a 5 cm gap open at the bottom left. The terrible breakfast. The night before I stayed in a two star hotel nearby spending 80 euros with breakfast with much newer, cleaner rooms and a stellar breakfast. The reception is new but don't be fooled by that.

18/08/2024: We were surprised when we arrived in our room: dilapidated despite the very modern photos on various reservation sites and that of the hotel. The reception and the 1st floor have been renovated, but not the 2nd. On top of that, the bedroom door didn't close properly. Bathroom of a decent size but very impractical, no place to put your belongings and little light. The shower was very small. No air conditioning, no fan provided. Our room overlooked the street so we couldn't sleep with the windows open and got very hot. The parking lot is very small, there are only a few places to park. Positive points: - Despite its very dated style, the room was clean. - The location next to the thermal baths, very pleasant setting. - The pastry shop offers good cakes. Fine for one night, but no more.

20/07/2024: Prenotazione persa nonostante conferma, trovato tavolo zero privacy praticamente condiviso con altra coppia, frequentazione del sabato sera direi ambigua…

04/04/2024: Il ristorante è ospitato all' interno di un resort ben equipaggiato per una vacanza relax con centro benessere. Inaspettatamente anche la cucina è di ottimo livello. Il menù è interessante e di buon livello esecutivo (forse la pelle del piccione poteva essere meglio gratinata...): La sala è postmoderna ed un pò troppo ... colorata

11/06/2024: Abbiamo organizzato qui il rinfresco dopo il nostro matrimonio. È stato tutto bellissimo: dalla location, che offre spazi adeguati alla circostanza oltre ad una vista meravigliosa su città alta, al buffet, abbondante e di ottima qualità come confermato anche dagli invitati il cui feedback è stato unanime. Efficientissimo Mirko che ha organizzato tutto per incontrare i nostri gusti e desideri, supportato da personale corretto e professionale.

10/05/2024: Vue magnifique sur la vielle ville mais très moyen dans l’assiette . Bon service du personnel. Très bel agencement . On aurait souhaité une meilleure qualité de repas
