08/08/2025: I purchased a Metod kitchen with delivery and assembly over a month and a half ago, and alas, it's given me a thousand problems! Defective interiors, poorly made cuts... They say there's a 25-year warranty? Well, I'm waiting for furniture that's returned, good that it's returned, calls made to customer service that make video calls keeping you busy for hours and then don't solve the problem... AND THE MOST PAINFUL NOTE IS WHEN THEY ANSWER THE PHONE PHONE TO SOME IMBALANT AND ARROGANT LADIES! SHAME!!!!!

04/08/2025: SHAMEFUL customer service! There was no one at the express checkouts to help the inexperienced, resulting in a ridiculously long line and chaos. Then, when the lady arrived, screaming, "DON'T LET ME SELL OUT!" it was truly embarrassing. But still, I've never had a more embarrassing or uncomfortable experience than the returns center: only one station was open (waiting for the gentleman to dismantle the furniture one by one), and one was intermittent... because the girl this morning was ATROUSLY slow and uninterested. Between each customer, she would take 2-3 walks, get a drink of water, and randomly scan the surrounding area. A total lack of respect for those who had been waiting there for a good 30 minutes for just 2 numbers! We arrived when it was empty and left with at least 20 people waiting between each number! VERY NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE
