19/01/2025: Locale nel contesto carino, ma purtroppo il cibo è sotto la media, siamo stati con amici e siamo rimasti delusi. Esperienza da non ripetere, abbiamo presto lo stinco di maiale e ci rendiamo conto che era uno stinco precotto della marca “Fini”, per intenderci quelli tipo lo zampone a capodanno. Fagioli in scatola scadenti e carne degli hamburger, nonostante come dice il menù sia di chianina, dura, secca e congelata. Insomma oggi i pub sono molto alti come qualità, ma questo è rimasto molto ma molto agli anni 90. Se cercate la qualità non è qui. Prezzi alti per la qualità offerta.

03/11/2024: Unfortunately 1 star is the minimum that can be given, too bad there is no possibility of giving zero stars! Very poor food: the toast bread was clearly old and therefore not fragrant even when toasted. I got one with schnitzel but it was only in the name of the toast because it was practically non-existent! In the end I ate toast with chips that had already been fried for a while. My order was a toasted sandwich with chips, provolone and schnitzel. I made him add salad and then drink a Coke Zero. It arrived to me: a toast with practically no cutlet, no salad and no ketckup plus the normal coke. Basically the lady behind the counter is only good at taking the money then she is useless for the rest. When he was told, he replied that it was enough to report it and they would change things gradually. But in any case total incompetence and rudeness because despite having clearly made a mistake he still wanted to place the blame on the customer. Very rude and rude, never to return again!!

03/11/2024: They made the wrong toast and when we pointed it out the lady with "blonde" hair insisted in saying that we were the ones who said the name of the wrong toast. But how can I name another piece of toast that I don't even know??? Mine was supposed to be LIVORNO and she confused it with GOLD and made me pay €1 more, among other things. I, who have never been to this cubbyhole and don't even know where this GOLD was written, while LIVORNO is practically one of the first names on the list posted on the wall outside. Then the other sort of "cook" who supported the lady by saying that she too had heard Gold, but from whom? But who has ever seen you? Holed up in the back in the kitchen she wanted to hear us outside amidst the noise of the streets and their kitchen noises. He will have heard from his colleague the wrong name of the toast, which had been communicated to him by the lady who did not understand anything from the beginning. If you don't know how to do your job, we certainly can't do it for you, even if even a child should know how to take a simple order. But okay. ZERO professionalism, the lady with a unique acidity who insisted that she didn't want to change the toast that SHE INVENTED to taste... in the end, after my insistence, she did me "the courtesy" of giving me the right toast, all flustered as if I I was doing you a favor by solving your MISTAKE!!! Among other things, in addition to this mistake, which he didn't have the humility to admit until the end, he also made a mistake by not putting salad and ketchup on the other toast and giving a can of classic Coca Cola instead of zero to my partner ( poor guy noticed after opening it). Ultimately a poor lady who earns half of what she does and also wants to blame the customer for not knowing how to do her job. Do we want to talk about quality?? The toast with the cutlet was pitiful, a very thin cutlet that was almost non-existent, but in mine there was raw ham which was very salty and the soft and very cold rocket (like the rocket which has been soaking in the fridge for who knows how many days), a disgrace both to level of place and food. They will be used to poor kids who eat everything, even if reading the other reviews they too feel bad and the lady often fails to hear what the customer is asking for (will he have hearing problems?). Now I understand why it was practically empty on a Saturday evening, too bad... we were fooled by the fact that it could be the same as toastiamo's toasties... but not even close. The only good staff was the guy, kind and polite who tried to solve the problem with kindness and professionalism. Instead of the lady changing jobs, or perhaps at a certain age it would be better to stay at home, because if you start from the principle that you are making mistakes and want to blame others for your mistakes by raising your hands and saying "ah no, you were wrong", for me you are worth less than zero!!!! Luckily there are plenty of other places to eat on that course. This type of toast should be avoided like the plague.
