04/10/2025: We wanted to meet Mareme and express our solidarity with her for the racist incidents she's endured. We traveled many miles to do so. It was a pleasure and an honor to taste her recipes and shake her hand. I took her book home with me, which I avidly read and which allowed me to understand what a great person she is.
