03/04/2024: Sushi in the center of Teramo? Yes there is, certainly on the nearby Riviera you will find many and better ones..... But the strong point of Dojo is that it is located in the center of the main street of Teramo. You take myriads of laps, when you get peckish at 12 or 8pm you sit down and in 5 minutes you satisfy it, in my humble opinion excellent considering it's all you can eat

01/04/2024: Peccato per il servizio freddo, locale molto bello ma comunque sia 90 euro di cena i camerieri neanche ti guardano in faccia e il dolce selezionato arrivao 18 minuti prima dell'ultima portato, alla fine era diventato bollente. La base di un ristorante in Italia è la cordialità e comunque il dolce va portato sempre alla fine e fresco.

Consigliabile mettere anche una lista a la carte…. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo con una cantina piccola ma comunque discreta

02/01/2024: One of the worst New Year's Eve dinners I've ever had, inedible food, miserable portions (even lentils could really be counted), very limited space for dancing despite there being a nice group to liven up the evening, icing on the cake, final bitter/digestive at the cost of €2...(after having paid the modest sum of €100 for the dinner) I will definitely never go back there again!!!

07/04/2024: Nice place and courteous staff, good starters and dishes of typical Teramo cuisine, classic kebabs that have gone up to 1 euro per piece!!!, totally different fried cheese, very greasy and with very little flavour, the menu has changed as I think at this point the management we will hardly return! Also considering the price of the kebabs...

05/04/2024: I wanted to try the pinsa after the change of management, given that the Focaccina guys who took over the place are very good at dough. Unfortunately the quality is not the same at all, the dough is extremely tough and not very crumbly, nothing like what I expected.

18/12/2023: I had lunch on Sunday 17 December at Gilda's (even though I am a frequent customer) and the choice always proved to be the right one. Let me start by saying that I am a true Teramo native, therefore accustomed to the cuisine of my city since I was little. At Gilda I find the flavors of the past, those that take me back to when I was a child and my grandmother made the guitar in the Teramo style, the sweet pizza, the timbale made with "scrippelle", the stuffed turkey and all the goodness of the extraordinary cuisine of Teramo. Here today I found the timbale in broth that I hadn't tasted for a long time and which, as I expected, turned out to be extraordinary like the other dishes on the menu. Last but not least, the "caggnitt", a typical freshly baked Christmas dessert. To this we add an always very kind and punctual service, the extraordinary smiling presence of Gilda and a more than fair bill that reflects the very high quality of what you eat. The position of the restaurant is also enviable, you can see all of Teramo, you can see the Laga mountains, you can see the Gran Sasso, especially if the day is sunny like today. Trust a Teramo DOC: if you want to eat the authentic cuisine of my city, stop here, you won't regret it.

18/12/2023: Ho pranzato domenica 17 dicembre da Gilda (anche se sono un cliente frequente) e la scelta si è rivelata come sempre più che azzeccata. Premetto che io sono teramano DOC, dunque abituato alla cucina della mia città sin da quando ero piccolo. Da Gilda ritrovo i sapori di una volta, quelli che mi riportano a quando ero bambino e mia nonna faceva la chitarra alla teramana, la pizza dolce, il timballo fatto con le “scrippelle”, il tacchino ripieno e tutte le bontà della straordinaria cucina di Teramo. Qui ho ritrovato oggi il timballo in brodo che non mi capitava di assaggiare da tempo e che, come mi aspettavo, si è rivelato straordinario come gli altri piatti del menù. Dulcis in fundo i “caggnitt”, dolce tipico natalizio appena sfornati. A ciò aggiungiamo un servizio sempre gentilissimo e puntuale, la straordinaria presenza sorridente di Gilda e un conto più che giusto che rispecchia l’altissima qualità di quello che si mangia. La posizione del ristorante inoltre è invidiabile, si vede tutta Teramo, si vedono i monti della Laga, si vede il Gran Sasso, specialmente se la giornata è di sole come oggi. Fidatevi di un teramano DOC: se volete mangiare l’autentica cucina della mia città fermatevi qui, non ve ne pentirete.

25/03/2024: Advised! Gourmet restaurant, with refinement in the combinations. The Octopus in the starter was surprising, the Risotto among the first courses was like a caress from your grandmother when you were little 🥹. Thank you! Good selection of wines. The place can still improve. (for those looking for abundance over quality I recommend choosing something else)

22/02/2024: Conosco da anni il Ristorante ed ho gustato tutte le varie proposte culinarie e seguito le varie trasformazioni che il vulcanico Alessandro ci ha proposto. Il pranzo dell'altro giorno è stato davvero un esperienza fantastica. Antipasti preparati e curati nei minimi dettagli, dalla presentazione ai condimenti, per secondo una spigola preparata alla perfezione. Un locale raffinato, ma accogliente e la simpatica disponibilità dello chef offrono un mix davvero da provare.
