What can I say...excellent quality of the meat, raised, slaughtered and cooked on site!! It's a shame that in the kitchen they don't know how to best enhance an excellent raw material: carpaccio covered by an abnormal quantity of balsamic vinegar, meats that are quite tasteless and low in oil, cuts served that aren't exactly the best, quantities that aren't exactly abundant (at least as one would expect in such a place). Fair prices (not free). A bit of a disappointment…

Semplicemente fantastico su qualsiasi portata!! Consiglio vivamente la prenotazione per non restare delusi e trovarlo chiuso o pieno essendo piccolino… per il resto consiglio il carpaccio di vitello e “Fiorentina” con pepe rosa e scaglie di sale rosa che ne esalterà ancora di più odore e sapore. Titolari gentili, disponibili e simpatici, una vera chicca! Spesa sui 25-30€ senza primi (che sarà difficile trovarli disponibili dato che principalmente fanno antipasti e secondi salvo se andate a ora di pranzo)

Good Carpaccio and excellent Fiorentina, soft, juicy and cooked just right. Drinks only house wine or bottled beer. The house dessert is also excellent.👍
