26/05/2025: One of the best yogurts I've ever eaten, you can feel that there is a higher percentage of milk given the almost completely absent acidity of the classic yogurt that you can find elsewhere, the only advice is to write the flavors of fillings that can be put unlike the granola that you can understand at sight it is not the same for: nutella, pistachio, salted caramel and so on! Highly recommended!

23/05/2025: We chose this place during a short stay in Giulianova. The choice for our dinner was excellent. Welcoming place and the owners as well. The food was excellent from the appetizers to the dessert. Everything was well cooked, authentic flavors, all fish-based. The dessert was a surprise with custard and biscuits. I highly recommend it.

18/05/2025: Elegant place, with a few well-spaced tables that guarantee a pleasant intimate atmosphere. Courteous service: the waiters were kind and attentive. Unfortunately, the culinary experience did not live up to expectations. The “Stracciavocca” appetizer looks good, but beyond the scenographic aspect, the portions are really small compared to the high price, and the overall taste did not leave its mark. The two tastings of the first course were not very tasty, lacking in personality. The “mega ravioli” were particularly disappointing: the consistency of the pasta was unpleasant and compromised the entire dish. In conclusion, despite the refined environment and the good service, I do not feel like recommending this restaurant, especially considering the quality/price ratio.

31/05/2025: Takeaway pizza, good ingredients but of the two pizzas taken, in one the dough in a pizza was crispy like a cracker, not exactly Neapolitan style, in the other pizza the dough was almost raw and was flooded with oil, so much so that it permeated under the cardboard. I don't understand how two pizzas from the same pizzeria can be so different, both wrong, the average of the two pizzas was needed as cooking.

19/04/2025: Lungomare di Giulianova, sala con sviluppo rettangolare: due file di tavoli che attraversano diversi ambienti abbastanza agevole. Non darò mai il massimo del giudizio a chi non ti porta il menù a tavola, é un grande errore e non solo perché si ha diritto di sapere quanto si paghi ma anche per riflettere davanti alla offerta della cucina e non farti ripetere tre volte a voce i piatti e andare a caso. Ho preso il cabaret degli antipasti, tutti buoni e delle orecchiette con broccoli e pesce, un po' abbondante di olio a scapito del sapore. prezzo di circa 40€ con acqua e amaro. Forse un 10-15 % in meno sarebbe stato meglio, ma ci può stare

17/03/2025: Finally a gem in the area where we will definitely return. Cozy and tastefully furnished room. We opted for a small chef's menu which satisfied us properly both in terms of stomach and spirit. Carefully studied culinary journey that did not disappoint in the slightest. In my albeit modest experience of Michelin restaurants I can say that Aprudia certainly deserves recognition which I am sure will not be long in coming.

02/05/2025: I went the other evening for dinner. Disaster. They don't have any side dishes, not even packaged chips. He offered me jarred artichokes and aubergines in oil from the supermarket: I asked for a mix. He brought me two saucers and charged me for two side dishes: 8 euros. He practically forced me to get the starter. Lamb: 12 Eur for an all-bone rib. Requested beer: only has exclusively 66cl Peroni bottles so I have nothing. He basically told me not to look at the menu on the table because there was practically nothing of what was indicated. I witnessed an argument between the owner and the father who only wanted to help. I have been to many places and many trattorias but nothing so bad has ever happened to me. I paid 77 Eur x 2 side dishes, starter, two side dishes (not requested) 2 dishes or rather two ribs 1 beer 1/4 red wine. They don't answer the phone. I strongly advise against this place. Rita

12/05/2025: Nightmare kitchens! A Sunday family lunch ruined by a poor and not fresh starter waited for over an hour and then waiting another hour for a first course that was tasteless, overcooked and devoid of fish. Let's not talk about the cost. Never again

04/03/2025: I had dinner at this restaurant with my boyfriend for Valentine's Day. We had a very good time, with the friendly staff and the quiet and private environment. Unfortunately I'm not a fan of the verbal menu and for me it's a flaw as I struggle to quickly choose what to order. However we ate all the starters which were excellent. The fresh and very good quality fish was at a very fair price. The only flaw, which we took with a smile, however, was that the waiter, after we told him that only one of the two would drink, brought a whole bottle which we didn't feel like sending back once opened. However, I highly recommend it for a dinner with friends!
