24/08/2025: To get good things, you have to wait a little, and in this case, the wait was worth it! The pizza was delicious. I chose the sensory Margherita, cooked twice and topped with grated dark chocolate... One of the best I've ever eaten!

21/07/2025: Nos topamos con Il Tasso en Giulianova y terminamos teniendo una de las mejores noches de nuestro viaje. Desde el momento en que entramos, nos recibieron como lugareños – sonrisas cálidas, conversación amistosa y un ambiente relajado que al instante nos hizo sentir como en casa. La comida era absolutamente deliciosa, llena de sabores locales y claramente hecha con cuidado. Se nota que se enorgullecen de lo que sirven. Probamos algunas especialidades regionales y todo estaba listo. Además, la selección de cerveza es genial si te gustan las cervezas artesanales. Lo que realmente hace este lugar especial, sin embargo, es el ambiente. Sentado afuera con una vista de la Piazza Buozzi y la hermosa iglesia de San Flaviano, disfrutando de buena comida y buena compañía, es el tipo de noche que recuerdas. Recomiendo encarecidamente si estás en la zona. No es solo una comida, es una experiencia.

20/07/2025: Locale magico poiché i tavoli sono all'esterno contornati da milioni di luci sul Duomo di San Flaviano. Cibo ottimo con prezzi onestissimi. Abbiamo mangiato una saccoccia "mare e cambagna" e un panino "confident" entrambi deliziosi. Servizio veloce e personale gentile. Torneremo sicuramente.

20/08/2025: We had dinner at this trattoria, which offers a seafood menu. We had a cold appetizer, followed by a tuna steak and a mixed roast fish. The dishes were very "homemade," and the only thing that really surprised us was the cod in the cold appetizer. The other dishes weren't bad, but they lacked that certain something...basically, my tuna steak was served with olive oil and lemon, a salad, and two cherry tomatoes... They use excellent ingredients; in our opinion, they just need a little more flair. The service was friendly but a bit "absentminded"...room for improvement. The price is reasonable if you want to eat seafood. Overall, recommended if you want to eat good seafood.

16/08/2025: A wonderful discovery in Giulianova. Super fresh and tasty food, a welcoming atmosphere. The attentive chef made sure to bring and explain all the dishes to us. The gnocchi with garlic, oil, chili pepper, and toasted almonds and the tuna tartare are highly recommended.

10/09/2025: A very cozy place with a fantastic view from the terrace. The service was top notch and the food and drinks were a perfect match. We had antipasti with 7 different small delicious very different fish dishes. The fried swordfish was perfect. The final ice cream with lemon and basil completed a lovely meal. If we ever come by again, we will eat here 👍😋🥰

07/09/2025: It was quite a surreal experience. I'll start by saying that I chose this restaurant because it was highly recommended by a colleague who raved about it. So, confidently, I booked to surprise my parents. The owner seemed welcoming and smiling at first, but as soon as we sat down, his tone changed: almost annoyed. Everything was very awkward, with sarcastic and snide jokes. We found two hairs on our plate, which was brought back to us without leaving the "dirty" one at the table to prove it had been remade. There was also a hair stuck in the wine holder (as shown in the attached photo). Honestly, I expected much more from the food; the appetizers weren't generous at all. The thing that struck me most negatively was the rosemary used everywhere, an herb that particularly overpowers the flavor of the fish. It was also used in the spaghetti with clams, which I found very annoying. But that's just personal preference. On the plus side, the stew was very generous, and the waiter in the dining room made up for the owner with his kindness.

16/08/2025: The hotel exceeded expectations in a great location. Comfortable rooms, excellent service, and helpful staff. Excellent food quality.

12/08/2025: Good location, friendly staff. Perfectly renovated rooms! The breakfast buffet could be improved a bit. Perfect shaded parking next door! Perfect beach! Minibar 0.5l water €6!! There's currently a large construction site in front of the hotel, but it's not a problem.

31/08/2025: The pizza and pasta frittata were excellent! The service was a little slow, probably due to the takeout line.

26/08/2025: A very interesting Neapolitan pizzeria in Giulianova. The pasta frittatina is excellent, light and creamy. The pizza is good with quality ingredients, but I found the dough a little too thick and compact for what I expected. The place is quite small and always busy, so I recommend booking.

18/08/2025: Beautifully decorated place. The lady was very kind, the food was excellent, the pasta was cooked to perfection. I hadn't seen a Margherita for €6 in years. The result was 3 pizzas (Margherita, Marinara, and Bufalina), Calamarata with seafood, excellent fried food, 2 waters, 1 Coke, 1 glass of wine, 1 coffee affogato. ONLY €60. I wouldn't have left another place for less than €80. As a result, we returned on August 15th, but with 11 of us. Excellent experience and truly honest, finally someone is still there. The only flaw is the very small ice cream bowls, but I already told the lady that 🤣

15/08/2025: Nice place and good food. We really enjoyed the seafood sauce for the gnocchi, rich and well-blended. The fried fish and calamari skewers were also delicious, very delicate. The welcome was warm and the prices were fair, even for the drinks.

10/07/2025: One of the best kebab shops I've ever eaten, it also serves quality burgers, excellent service, welcoming owners, and the food is very good. Open even late at night.

04/09/2025: A very good friend invited us to dinner here today: it's the very best fish restaurant we've ever visited. The many appetizers are unbeatable. The pasta is a dream, and the grilled fish platter couldn't be better. The only downside is: in the future, a fish dish in any other restaurant will be "okay" at best—and certainly never as sensational as in this family-run restaurant with its unique ambiance. The absolute culinary highlight ever! And I write this as a true Hamburg native (we're also called "Fischkopp") who knows what freshly caught food tastes like.

01/09/2025: Three of us went for lunch this Sunday (we had a reservation for 2:00 PM for four, but one of our daughters didn't show up). The restaurant is simple, decorated in white, with a beautiful sea view and a welcoming atmosphere. The service was slow: not that we ordered many courses, but the entire lunch lasted two and a half hours. This was partly understandable, given that the dining room was staffed by only two people, but for those of us who—as tourists—were hoping to enjoy an afternoon by the sea, it seemed excessive. Another critical point: the lack of a menu, neither for food nor wine. We had to rely on what was served, with no choice. The appetizer, a single and unannounced one, was a mixed platter with small samples: sautéed clams, mussels, scampi with tomato sauce, farro with shrimp, fried fish, and a gratinated razor clam. Everything was good, tapas-style, but I would have liked to have known in advance, perhaps so I could have opted for a raw ham. As for the first courses, the chitarrine with clams was excellent; my orecchiette with turnip tops and shrimp was more of a vegetable affair, and you couldn't smell the scent of the sea. The lemon sorbet with homemade fruit in syrup was very good, fresh and carefully prepared. When it came to the bill, the owner was kind and offered a discount, but he ended with an unfortunate quip: "If I had known there were three of you and not four, I would have given the table to someone else." After two and a half hours of lunch and with tables for two vacant next to each other, that's not exactly what a customer expects to hear. A phrase that may sound funny to the person who says it, but it leaves the wrong impression: is the problem really that there were one less?! In short: good food, a pleasant atmosphere, and reasonable prices, but the experience was marred by slow service, a lack of a menu, and an approach that risks appearing more arrogant than welcoming. With a little more attention, it could become a place I'd recommend without hesitation. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ / 5

24/04/2025: We found this tavern by chance during a business trip and were pleasantly surprised. They have excellent menus €10 entree, water, first course, coffee and €12 entree, water, second course of meat, coffee. All really excellent, I recommend!

18/08/2025: Unwelcoming, noisy place. They gave us a table (despite having booked days ago) where there wasn't even room to sit down, so close to the other tables, there wasn't even enough room to eat comfortably, right under the blast of the air conditioning. Obviously, we couldn't stay; it needs to be cancelled!!! Owner, your version is incorrect. Please humbly accept the negative reviews. I read that you counter all the negative reviews, leaving room for customer opinions. Only positive reviews, and you have the truth in your pocket? I agree: never again.

17/08/2025: Giulianova's historic restaurant has maintained the excellent quality that has made it a go-to for those seeking delicious seafood. The atmosphere is simple and elegant, the service is attentive, precise, and courteous, the cuisine impeccable, and the quality/price ratio is excellent. Highly recommended.
