06/01/2025: Al Cavallino rosso abbiamo trovato un'eccelente professionalità nel tempo di preparazione del nostro matrimonio (disponibilità, puntualità e cura nell'accogliere le nostre richieste). Il giorno della festa abbiamo vissuto un esperienza indimenticabile grazie anche al lavoro e alla serietà di tutto lo staff del Cavallino Rosso che hanno garantito un' elevata qualità del cibo e del servizio che ci hanno offerto.

25/10/2024: Shameful experiences to say the least on two different occasions: a wedding and an 18th birthday. Vomiting vegan menu and unsuitable for a human being. The usual 80s style grilled vegetables smelling of burnt animal fat served both as an appetizer and as a main course. But the truly absurd and OFFENSIVE thing was seeing (on both occasions and a year later) a frozen discount burger served ALONE in the center of a saucer! Obviously it was sent back to the kitchen as it arrived. Tell the "chef" that you can't think of doing this job in 2024 without knowing how to cook ANYTHING plant based, and that newlyweds and celebrators pay the same amount for a veg menu as they spend on others. Keeping up to date in the catering field is a must, especially in a world that changes so quickly and for the many people who now follow diets other than "rushtell, porchetta, sage and free burp". Advice: if you proudly want to continue down this path, basing your offer on animal-derived "foods", it would be more honest to communicate in advance that you are not capable of organizing a vegan menu, rather than making a fool of yourself and stealing money from the guests. . Typical location for large restaurants for ceremonies, cheap style, at times kitsch.
