06/01/2026: A culinary experience not to be missed. The restaurant is located in a unique landscape. Accessible entrance. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Traditional and modern dishes. The braised wild boar is recommended. The house-brewed beers are also worth trying. The stout is especially recommended.
01/01/2026: We had the pleasure of celebrating New Year's Eve in this welcoming restaurant.
We extend our compliments to the entire staff, both for the unique and delicious food (which, on these occasions, especially considering the number of guests, is never a given!) and for the special attention given to our four-legged friend: when we asked for a glass of water, the owner brought us a dog bowl, with a big smile...
Thank you so much, we felt at home, I highly recommend the place!

26/01/2026: Perfect tasting experience with Lewis at Maude. He was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate (but not wanky).
We didn’t book and quickly popped in right when they opened, they squeezed us in for a tasting of 7 wines from their multiple vineyards in Otago.
Their Pinot Noir selection was unbelievable, and we took a couple of bottles home with us (which were very reasonably priced for the quality).
We sat in the sun on an outdoor table overlooking the mountains and lake, and it was a dream.

15/01/2026: We had a great time, great value for money and a great host Lewis. All the staff were really friendly and helpful even after the tasting. Great experience definitely recommend.

23/12/2025: Some time ago in April, I ordered some pizzas to go. The wait was incredibly long, there were so many people, but above all, I think it was the worst pizza I've ever eaten. I'm in the minority based on the crowds and the reviews I've read, but there you have it. The pizza was very thin, crispy, and overcooked. In my opinion, it was awful.

21/08/2025: Excellent pizza, prepare for a leisurely meal as they are very busy and it can take a while for service. If you sit outside bring a sweater as even during the summer it gets quite chilly with how the mountain breeze whips through.

31/08/2025: Very good pizza. Well-cooked and crispy. It's a shame the edges were a bit burnt. The place has a good layout, but the service is definitely not up to par. The prices, in my opinion, are high considering it's located in Roccamorice, especially the desserts.
03/07/2025: Ho dato 5 stelle per la pizza, ma.....Mi sono fermata per prendere una pizza (non è la prima volta) perché da napoletana doc e anche celiaca non è facile per me trovare una pizza veramente, ma veramente buona!!! Giusta altezza, cottura, condimento, perfetta, direi!!! E allora perché quel "ma"???? Per il prezzo, veramente esagerato per me!! Pagare una pizza da asporto, senza sevizio, senza sedersi al tavolo, senza bevande, 13 € mi sembra follia. "E aumentato tutto", dicono....ma gli stipendi e le pensioni, no!!!! Certo non è colpa del titolare , ma penso che si possa venire anche incontro alle persone! Anche perché Roccamorice è bellissima, ma non credo sia frequentata da milionari, o almeno io non lo sono. Quindi un pò un boccone amaro.....

Tutto ciò che viene proposto è prodotto da loro.
Ogni piatto è stato un viaggio di gusto.
Impossibile esperienza se si è nei paraggi.
A completamento c'è la gentilezza con cui si viene trattati.
PS: ottimo il centerba con i cantucci al temine.

15/09/2024: Il ristorante è dotato di una sala con una grande vetrata sulla vista panoramica della Maiella. Il servizio è accogliente ed efficiente. La cucina permette di gustare i sapori abruzzesi con raffinatezza . Dichiarata la mia intolleranza al lattosio, mi è stato servito un antipasto gustoso, dove i formaggi sono stati sostituiti con cinque proposte vegetali, molto saporite.

26/10/2025: For our wedding, we were looking for a special place to spend an entire weekend with our guests. Not a traditional wedding, but a vacation for us and our loved ones, a place to be ourselves and celebrate together. Dimore Montane is a place where you can immerse yourself in the truest and most unspoiled Abruzzo. The structure adapts to the characteristics of the Majella, without ever trying to overwhelm or tame them. The entire location was at our disposal: the ten rooms in the main building, the extremely comfortable glamping tents, and the charming wooden cabins in the woods, as well as the camping area.
The staff is amazing! From day one, we were welcomed into a wonderful family, who protects this place and deeply loves what they do. Simone was our guiding light, supporting us with his energy and expertise throughout the preparations. We were spoiled; every request was fulfilled and every need anticipated.
And let's face it, the food at weddings is usually so-so; if you're lucky, sometimes the food is just okay. At Dimore Montane, the food was divine, whether sweet or savory. Everything was perfect, from the aperitif to the cake.
Beyond the incredible organization, the wonderful venue, the impeccable cuisine, and the attention to every detail, what really made the difference was the spirit, the atmosphere. It was like being part of something authentic, being treated like special guests, like friends, and not just like clients at the hundredth wedding of the year. It was all just as we wanted it, it was all real. Thank you so much!

07/10/2025: This farmhouse is located in Roccamorice, although a little remote, but it's absolutely worth it. Everything is excellent, from appetizers to desserts. The parrozzo and pizza dogge are mouth-watering! Naturally, the hostess, like everything else, makes the wholesome, locally sourced produce. The owners are very kind, and if you want, you can even stay overnight. It's worth it!
