20/01/2026: If I think about all that wine represents for me, if I bring my mouth... my head... my brain... my senses... all of them to the glass... if I then try to close my eyes and let myself be carried away by the strongest and most vivid emotion that alone is enough to sweep away everything... everything else... the useless....... there... I open my eyes again even if I would like to stay in paradise a little longer... and opening my eyes again what appears before me is a BIG CLOSED ...... call it a cellar, a company, or a dream factory... you choose. 28/12/2025: So I have very few five star reviews that I've been able to award and I think this was perhaps the easiest five star I've given, and in addition, this is one of only five that I've marked as a favourite for myself. Unconstructively, I have absolutely no notes, the food, the atmosphere, the music, the service was all fantastic. I'm only sad that I don't live nearby. As a brief note on the food; several of the dishes dilived a beautifully robust smoked and charred flavour, but amazingly never overpowered or distracted from the dish and served only to compliment it!

05/07/2026: I was verbally assaulted by a guy who claimed I moved a table to park. I wouldn't have done it if I were at the Colosseum. Strike back!
