10/01/2026: tiny portions no more than 50 grams of pasta, if you go just for a first course they are quite annoyed, but it's all good, furniture and tables quite worn, quite cystic for a trattoria, for a first course you go from a minimum of 12 euros for a cacio pepe 😵💫

You risk making friends with people you've never met before sitting at the next table.
18/07/2025: €3 cover charge for a dive bar that serves your food on recycled paper, if you're lucky, and otherwise with cutlery directly on the table. I think you can go bankrupt, shame on you!

09/04/2026: I've been there several times. The ingredients are fresh, the pasta is homemade, and the first courses are excellent. If you want authentic Abruzzo flavors, this is the place to go. You absolutely must try the arrosticini. The local wines are also excellent. The service is excellent. Antonio and his wife Milena are excellent at making their customers happy.

10/05/2026: We had dinner and lunch in this place and we had a great time, we tasted typical local dishes and the meat, sausages and arrosticini were delicious, the owner Mario and Luigia treated us very well, as soon as we can, we will definitely be back, very good

10/05/2026: Good food, but it's a shame the restaurant has no parking, the dining room is noisy, and the service is fast. The menu doesn't quite reflect reality because they don't serve lunch dishes, and the wine list isn't up to date. Good food and fresh fish. We had a great Sunday.

04/04/2026: Invited by two friends, we went to eat at this place... three appetizers and three roasts with a red wine for 100 euros... the food was nothing special... the girl serving, I don't know if she's the owner, but it seemed like she was doing you a favor by bringing the food... we won't be returning and I don't recommend it... I haven't seen any local dishes...

From the moment we arrived, we received a warm welcome and immediately felt at home. The hosts are exceptionally friendly, attentive, and helpful without being intrusive. You can immediately tell how much heart and soul they've poured into this place.
The house itself has a very special flair – stylishly furnished with great attention to detail and an authentic Italian charm that makes the stay unforgettable. Each room tells its own little story, and you feel more like you're visiting friends than staying in a typical vacation rental.
The location is also ideal, with a wonderful view – perfect for enjoying peace and relaxation. Our visit to Manoppello was particularly impressive.
We wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation!

A stunning landscape.
Wonderful people.
We chose Casale Centurione to end our vacation. We didn't know they would be the most beautiful days. A place surrounded by greenery, with an open view of olive groves, hills, and the Majella.
We also took the cooking class with Giulia: a highly recommended experience, authentic and engaging!
