19/01/2025: Posto delizioso, accogliente e caratteristico. Ci salvano per un pranzo in 6 di domenica con grande cortesia. Piatti tradizionali ma allo stesso tempo particolari e sfiziosi, porzioni giuste, buone e anche belle, i dolci un tocco di classe. Prezzo perfetto e servizio impeccabile. Consigliatissimo.

If I had to describe this pizza with just one word, I would say: sublime.

06/01/2025: Il piccolo ristorante è situato in un posto incantevole dell'entroterra abruzzese, Rocca di Mezzo. Impeccabile l'attenzione e la passione del titolare, il quale, attento alle esigenze dei clienti e scrupoloso nella preparazione di ogni piatto, è anche un estimatore di vini che suggerisce puntualmente agli ospiti in base ai cibi scelti.
I piatti proppsti rispecchiano la tradizione abruzzese ben accostata da piccoli elementi innovativi che risultano piacevoli. Locale spartano ma che comunque fa trapelare una piacevole sensazione di "casa". Possibilità di effettuare passeggiate e trekking nelle immediate vicinanze adatte a tutti.
Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.
Da tornarci assolutamente.
05/01/2025: Sempre una garanzia la cucina di fagiolone! Ambiente caldo ed informale , ottime le zuppe di legumi , e le paste asciutte della cucina abruzzese. Abbiamo anche gustato gli immancabili arrosticini e deliziosa è stata la trippa cucinata al trebbiano e pecorino. Molto buona ed assortita la selezione dei vini . l'accoglienza e la cortesia del personale sono state eccellenti. Il conto è stato più che onesto ,ci si tornerà di sicuro ! E se vi dice bene potrete anche assistere allo 'show' di Fabio il proprietario.

17/11/2024: I had the pleasure of dining at Risotteria Il Borgo and I was really satisfied. The rice was very good, cooked to perfection and full of flavour. The lamb, however, was simply delicious, tender and tasty. Furthermore, the place is a really nice place, welcoming and with attention to detail. Everything perfect! Highly recommended!
27/10/2024: Excellent Montepulciano risotto with red radicchio and gorgonzola, good grilled lamb.
Moderate prices.

06/01/2025: Imbarazzante! un caffè 2€ ci può anche stare anche se non ci torneremo più! Ma far pagare 1,20€ un bicchiere d’acqua lo troviamo assurdo !
01/01/2025: It's not my habit to write reviews of this type as I am the owner of a business and the daughter of restaurateurs. This morning we go to this bar to have breakfast where we find a queue outside... being the first of the year completely understandable. Once we arrive at the checkout I specify that we sit outside the bar where there is a cover they own. Once outside we discover that it is closed and without problems we move everything inside, occupying a table... the owner rudely denied us to sit and eat because we had to pay for the service.... we calmly offered to pay the difference anyway. but we were denied to do so and we were forced to leave after paying the bill with a lot of arrogance to eat on the street in the middle of the ice. I'm only sorry for the girl I think is the owner's niece who at her age was more intelligent, professional and polite than the owner.

28/01/2025: So it has very little of 4 stars. Hotel left from the 50s, it's a shame because it has potential. Let's start from the rooms the rooms......: (carpet on the floor i.e. it's not hygienic!!!!! Curtain on the tub old hairdryer from the 50's in fact it takes you 6 hours to dry your hair. Dirty bed with hair and hair very low pillows.) If the barbers came the critic of the 4 hotels would run away instantly!!!!! Ah, let's talk about the heated pool that is colder than hot!!! On the other hand, good breakfast, excellent miniclub. Cute billiard room, excellent games room, however this hotel deserves a refresh. I would have justified the hotel if it had been empty but rather full I don't understand why they have never renovated the hotel in recent years. It is not respectful for those who pay since the money does not fall from the sky but is sweated by all honest people.

04/01/2025: Siamo stati oggi io e il mio compagno, disperati perché non avevamo prenotato ma ci hanno comunque trovato un posticino anche se erano le 14 passate. Ci siamo seduti senza aspettative poiché non avevamo avuto il tempo di vedere nulla ma siamo rimasti non soddisfatti di più dalla qualità del cibo. Innanzitutto il tagliere iniziale tutto ottimo e sopratutto un pane strepitoso! La polenta con il sugo e le spuntature poi squisita! Non c’è che dire Veramente complimenti stra consiglio!

Il Rifugio Del Lupo

03/11/2024: Oggi abbiamo pranzato alla Baita Il Rifugio del Lupo a Rocca di Mezzo, scegliendo la tavola calda self-service per un pasto rapido. Abbiamo ordinato alle 12:55, ma alle 13:30 ancora non ci era stato portato nulla, né ci chiamavano per ritirare il pasto. In 35 minuti di attesa, il servizio non ha rispettato le aspettative, nonostante la sala non fosse affollata.
Abbiamo speso 76 euro per tre polente, un panino, un tagliere e due spritz per due adulti e due bambini. Un conto non certo economico, aggravato dal fatto che i due spritz, pagati 7 euro ciascuno, ci sono stati serviti in bicchieri di plastica. Quando ho fatto presente al gestore del bar il tempo eccessivo di attesa, mi è stato detto che ero stato avvisato del ritardo, cosa non vera: se l’avessimo saputo, saremmo andati via. È inaccettabile che ci abbiano fatto pagare il conto per poi farci aspettare così tanto. Ho trovato scorretto anche il tentativo del gestore di farmi passare come se inventassi le cose. Un comportamento poco professionale e non torneremo!
23/09/2024: Spesso mangiamo al ristorante, ma mai così male.Abbiamo preso un solo primo (chitarra con friarielli ) e 2 secondi (gulasch di cervo e agnello scottadito). Che dire il primo niente di eccezionale ma i secondi... il cervo salato , agnello pochissimo 100g secco e durissimo (ho chiesto al cameriere spiegazioni e mi hanno detto che lo fanno prima alla brace e poi lo ripasso al forno!!!! Cmq 18€

La Capannina Campo Felice

12/07/2024: Al ritorno da una pernottamento in un rifugio sopra Campo Felice siamo stati felicissimi di mangiare in questo ristorante.
Abbiamo preso delle fettuccine ai funghi porcini e speck insieme a dei contorni e una bottiglia di vino. Tutto molto buono e giusto il prezzo.
07/03/2024: Personale cordiale e disponibile, il cibo è buono soprattutto la polenta ma anche la carne non è niente male. L'unica pecca è il menù che andrebbe aggiornato (ci sono portate con il tartufo ma in realtà non lo trattano più) ed i dolci che sono confezionati. Per il resto è stata una buona esperienza sicuramente ci torneremo.
