26/01/2026: Had lunch with a group of friends. The atmosphere was welcoming, the staff were super friendly, and the food was delicious. The first courses were indescribable.
This restaurant was a pleasant discovery. I will recommend it and definitely return.

12/02/2026: If I had to think of my favorite pizzeria, I have no doubt: it's simply the best.
The dough is light, well-leavened, and super digestible, with a perfectly soft and fragrant crust. The ingredients are incredibly fresh and high-quality, and you can taste it in every bite. The pizza is always perfectly cooked, balanced in flavor, and never heavy.
The service is friendly and fast. The atmosphere is welcoming, ideal for an evening with friends.
Every time, it's a confirmation: quality, passion, and attention to detail. For me, it's not just a pizzeria, it's the pizzeria. Highly recommended!

The food is excellent, crafted from carefully selected ingredients, with a menu that respects tradition but also incorporates technique and innovation.
Fabrizio is an exceptional host who guides you through the wide and varied selection of wines, from Abruzzo, Italy, and even internationally. A pleasant experience well worth a stop.
08/11/2025: We set out with the idea of grabbing a quick slice of pizza at Lucio's, but when it was closed, we wandered over to this restaurant and decided to give it a try, partly because of the warm welcome we received. It was a wonderful discovery: we ordered OVO64, a must-try if you love soft-boiled eggs, a cream of pumpkin soup, braised cheek on puree, and a crème caramel. Everything was excellent, beautifully presented, and the service was attentive and courteous. Excellent value for money. We'll definitely be back.

The pasta was good, although the balsamic cream garnish made the dish too acidic; I recommend removing it. The lamb was delicious, as were the fries, but it's a shame they weren't crunchy enough. Prices were moderately high. I still recommend it.
# Review update: I returned to this place after a long time, and I can confirm what I said. Excellent service, even though the place was packed, we were served immediately. The staff were very kind and welcoming. The location is beautiful, and the food is very good. However, the prices are high. I understand that quality comes at a price, and indeed, you get everything here. First courses are €15, second courses €20, and even €7 for fries seems a lot to me.
In any case, the food is good, and the atmosphere is refined and pleasant. I still recommend it, but be prepared to pay.

23/11/2025: I had a truly excellent pork tagliata with porcini mushrooms. My husband also had a truly delicious roast beef. The review rating for this place doesn't match the quality of the food, which I found much better than other restaurants with higher ratings.

09/06/2025: Si mangia molto bene e le quantità non sono da dieta ipocalorica. Complimenti allo chef per la cura e gli abbinamenti del menù. Il contesto poi aggiunge un di più all'esperienza. Personale gentile e disponibile. Molto consigliato.
28/12/2024: Purtroppo delusi, 5 euro a persona x coperto con tovaglie e tovaglioli di carta . Bistecca cottura media durissima, piatto nudo avendo chiesto senza funghi e pagato lo stesso prezzo. Polpette dure , 1 primo 2 secondi e 1 antipasto, 1 dolce , 1 acqua e 1 coca : 84. Euro. Delusissima. Era meglio quando era più rustico. Purtroppo mediocre. E ci torno ogni inverno.

02/02/2025: Pessimo locale in balia della disorganizzazione, ci siamo fermati per un aperitivo ma è stato l'aperitivo più cattivo mai consumato. Abbiamo chiesto dei campari spritz con gin ci hanno portato un qualcosa che non so casa potesse essere, senza due patatine ne olive ne noccioline, dopo aver insistito hanno portato delle pessime patatine stantive. Lo sconsiglio vivamente, se capitate a Campo Felice evitate La Capannina.

Perché pranzare altrove? Non c'è di meglio in zona. Coratella coi carciofini, carciofi alla brace, tagliolini al burro di Normandia e abbondante tartufo nero grattugiato , spezzatino di cinghiale e gustosi e teneri friarielli. E che dire di Alessandro , della sua disponibilità e gentilezza?
Unitamente al proprietario Fabio sono le colonne di questa locanda. Devo fare i complimenti anche al personale della cucina che puntualmente realizza i piatti richiesti
22/02/2025: Locale eccezionale, situato in nella zona pianeggiante all'entrata del paese di Rovere per chi viene da Ovindoli. Il paesaggio è indubbiamente molto bello. La locanda è un unico edificio con una sala interna piuttosto modesta e tavoli all'esterno dove è possibile mangiare nelle giornate di bel tempo. Menù di cucina tipica abruzzese davvero eccellente. Abbiamo assaggiato gli gnocchetti porcini e tartufo, la zuppa fagioli e porcini, gli arrosticini, il carciofo alla piastra e il caciocavallo miele e pistacchio: tutto ottimo. Prezzi contenuti. Consigliatissimo!
