12/06/2024: I was a guest two years ago for about two months in this hotel... you feel like one of the family...
The kindness as well as the availability and friendliness of Mrs. Teresa and her niece are rare things to find in many establishments... they deserve much more... excellent food and always smiling and professional dining room staff... in fact I returned again this year and I confirm the previous reviews

26/08/2024: Deserted town, two empty tables at the entrance (we don't know inside because we were blocked at the entrance), staff arrive at the entrance after perhaps 10 minutes of waiting.
We kindly ask if there is room for two people. The fact that it wasn't there isn't a problem, but our question is followed by a brutal and rude, annoyed and unkind response. I don't invite ANYONE to come here if you are treated like this, we didn't ask for anything bad and we were looked at like two criminals. After touring 3 countries and finding all the restaurants closed, I would have expected a minimum of friendliness, that's all.
What a shame.
26/08/2024: On Monday lunch most places in these areas are closed and we found this restaurant. We enter, we politely ask if there was room for two people and we are brutally told that it was absolutely not possible (even though a table outside was empty). I then ask if it's possible how long we have to wait and an even more brutally rude response follows. I wouldn't go back even if it was free

05/08/2024: At Rossana you are on the safe side. Home cooking, local dishes, very tender grilled lamb, ravioli with sauce and excellent fettuccine with mushrooms. Family atmosphere and top quality products. I recommend it to anyone who is near Luco. Everything spectacular

07/07/2024: prodotti gastronomici di qualità notevole. vista la lunga attesa per poter finalmente assaporare le varie delizie, consiglio la prenotazione telefonica. personale efficiente ed operativo al 100%, ma il top di gamma, a mio parere, e' il grande giulio. sempre sorridente, professionale,disponibile e superefficiente....un valore aggiunto ed una garanzia per la sempre più numerosa clientela.

15/12/2024: Ho trovato uno un capello nella pizza e quando ho chiesto al cameriere di rifarmela mi ha riportato la stessa pizza senza il pelo (anche fredda) non tornerò mai più

21/08/2023: Appena entri,ti rendi già conto che sei nel posto giusto, l'accogliente e cortesia, sono elementi importanti. La tavola e apparecchiata con cura e il tovagliame è di buona qualità. Il ciboè ottimo,gusto e sapori equilibrio perfetto. Vieni servito da personale di buon livello. Vale la pena farci un salto.
