21/02/2026: Discovered thanks to Alessandro Borghese's program. Everything was delicious, definitely try the pecorino alla cottora!!! Very kind and welcoming staff.

Highly recommended and worth discovering.
The key word: tradition!
Everything is limited, a synonym for quality.
Except for the portions...very generous!
