17/09/2025: We stayed at the hotel in late August/early September. The room, despite being a superior, was very small. This room type included a hydromassage shower (useless), a kettle for tea, and... instant coffee sachets (undrinkable). If I'd known better, I'd have brought my own coffee maker. Use of the Jacuzzi was also included, which lasted an interminable 40 minutes, and it was always occupied given the length. Otherwise, you have to pay! The best part is at the beach. Luckily, the cost of the umbrella and loungers is included in the total cost. On the beach, there's only one bathroom that's perpetually out of toilet paper and not very clean, and a shower with hot water that costs money and doesn't last long. There's no shelter with tables and chairs, and there's no bar. The beach attendant spends all day checking his phone. For a light lunch, you have to go three establishments further away. The Wi-Fi in the hotel isn't reliable because it constantly disconnects. I had work problems and went crazy. We only had lunch in the hotel restaurant once: neither praise nor infamy. Next summer we'll definitely change hotels and neighborhoods because there's nothing here, not even simple shops.

03/09/2025: A pleasant stay, good facilities, good food, good service, and friendly, helpful staff. Definitely recommended, except for a few issues: the town has nothing to offer near the property, and the beach club is absolutely basic and needs to be brought up to par with the hotel's standard.

03/11/2025: I called on October 23rd to reserve a table for Sunday, November 2nd. They told me they were open and would reserve a table for me. I don't remember if they asked for my contact information. Yesterday I showed up outside the restaurant. It was closed like it never existed. I was left without a table in a city that wasn't my own. I tried calling, but obviously, since it's a landline, no one answered. What's the point of accepting fake reservations?? Or not bothering to let them know?? Shame!!!!

30/09/2025: Well done, very well done. I don't understand the negative reviews; I ate wonderfully. We had the super generous menu (€35), which included three appetizers, a first course, and finally fried food. The owner (chef) was knowledgeable and competent. The waiter was very young but enthusiastic. Keep it up, and a little advice: try to let the criticism slide. Stop writing papyrus (I understand it's right to defend yourself and make the ignorant understand the sacrifices your job entails), but dedicate your time to your lucky pets (given how much you love them). 12/09/2025: 1 star for the ridiculous prices! The more customers you have, the more you don't settle. Do you think it's possible that a pizza with ham and arugula, a bruschetta, and a Sprite cost €0.33? 27.00??? 6 euro cover charge! Paper placemat and napkin. Shameful, very salty, inedible pizza, and the bruschetta with tuna among the 4 on the plate. Horrible!! The bruschetta with tuna?

04/08/2025: We stopped for lunch here after not finding a table at the recommended restaurants, but it wasn't a good idea. To get in, you need a gas mask because of the unpleasant smell of old fried oil. The staff is indifferent, and while you're talking, they answer you while looking away—I'd say rude. The atmosphere is very noisy and truly unwelcoming. My clothes needed to be washed immediately, and my hair needed to be rewashed immediately. Luckily, I hadn't just had a haircut, otherwise I would have at least gotten a refund for the blow-dry. The pizzas were overpriced for the quality, and the place felt more like a pub than a pizzeria. The only positive note was that I didn't drink water all night...no, I'll never go back.

25/11/2025: Knowing firsthand the enormous redevelopment effort undertaken, I publicly thank the owner for her determination: removing the uneducated is the only way to safeguard the new direction of the venue. Writing that it's "always empty" is yet another lie: the venue is finally frequented by professionals, women, and families seeking quality and safety, not by those who loitered around without respect. Seeing the neighborhood repopulate with decent people is the best response to these virtual vendettas of those who refuse to accept that the atmosphere has changed. Great work, keep keeping the bar high.

17/09/2025: The place is dirty, especially the bathroom, which I'm not the only one to notice. The croissants are overpriced and awful; in fact, it's always empty, which speaks for itself.

02/10/2025: I've been there several times. The food is poor, the people serving the food are very rude, and the atmosphere is dirty. Plus, I didn't feel well after I left. So, I wouldn't recommend coming here. Avoid.

27/09/2025: Terrible experience! It's true that in Chinese restaurants they bring everything quickly, but today they served us backwards; the appetizers came with coffee. The quality was terrible; the prawns tasted like two roasted crickets. I'll avoid describing the tofu with peppers and beef...a panna cotta-like mush immersed in a brown liquid. I don't recommend it.

14/04/2025: Siamo stati consigliati a cenare in questo locale da amici del posto e anche dall'impiegato dell'hotel (dite che vi ho mandato io!!!) ma le aspettative sono andate totalmente deluse sotto tanti punti di vista. Il locale si presenta bene, poco distante dal faro di Punta Penna, con una ampia vetrata sul porto di Vasto (la sera c'è completamente buio e non si vede nulla, ma di giorno sarà senz'altro piacevole alla vista). Bello l'arredamento, pulito e in stile marinaro, col bianco e blu che la fanno da padroni. Le note negative arrivano con il servizio e la cucina. Partiamo dal servizio: acqua che arriva tardi e va richiesta più volte, pane uguale, prima dell'antipasto viene richiesto il piattino per poter assaggiare l'olio (buono!) col pane. Passano i minuti e su 8 commensali viene portato UN solo piattino che facciamo passare tutti e assaggiamo il buon olio col pane! Alla domanda: perchè solo uno? La risposta è stata: tanto gli antipasti sono pronti! Ma il fine cena è stato ancora più esilarante, quando vengono chiesti 2 bicchieri di Chartreuse, il liquore d'erbe. Il cameriere chiede se "il RUM" lo vogliamo col ghiaccio o senza! Passiamo alla cucina con un solo esempio ma rivelatore: le linguine ai ricci hanno il sapore solo di limone. Peccato! Conto corretto ma la cena non è stata soddisfacente!

28/09/2025: Let's put a key on the bathroom door! There are two doors, and we'll give one of them the ability to lock—it seems like the least we can do! The food isn't anything special; it looks like a restaurant on the internet, but I'd never go back! The trio of carpaccios cost €25 without specifying the type of fish, but you can tell once your plate arrives: they're basically the same fish you'd find at a Japanese restaurant. Considering we're in a seaside town and I'm here for fish, for €25 I don't expect the tuna and salmon I find everywhere. The seafood rice was overly salty, probably with some seasoning. Maybe we should try it before bringing it to the table! Two waitresses managing everything in total chaos (one of them doesn't know how to open a bottle of wine)! The icing on the cake comes with the bill: the waitress starts handwriting the receipt, then correctly adding up the individual dishes with her calculator. I thought that receipts were issued by a special device, not that in 2025 they were written by hand on a blank sheet of paper.

17/08/2025: Nice bar on the Vasto square. Large terrace, the waitress was pleasant. Reasonably priced. I recommend it.

05/07/2025: Bad place, if you are a woman you have your drink in 3 minutes, if you are a man the queue doesn't count, all the girls have to finish first while you sweat to death
