02/10/2025: I've been there several times. The food is poor, the people serving the food are very rude, and the atmosphere is dirty. Plus, I didn't feel well after I left. So, I wouldn't recommend coming here. Avoid.
27/09/2025: Terrible experience! It's true that in Chinese restaurants they bring everything quickly, but today they served us backwards; the appetizers came with coffee. The quality was terrible; the prawns tasted like two roasted crickets. I'll avoid describing the tofu with peppers and beef...a panna cotta-like mush immersed in a brown liquid. I don't recommend it.

A note to the service: the customer is always right, especially if they pay those prices!!!

02/02/2026: The fish soup was excellent, the service was excellent. I was there several years ago, it's been renovated, the only downside is the bathroom is a little cramped.
But otherwise, it's highly recommended.

06/01/2026: New Year's Eve at "La Ciucculella" was, unfortunately, a disappointing experience in many ways. First, the entertainment was poorly organized and definitely not up to par for such an important evening. The lack of coordination and attention to detail made the atmosphere anything but festive and engaging.
The atmosphere was another point of criticism: it was extremely cold, which made the dinner particularly uncomfortable and unpleasant. On an evening where warmth and conviviality are expected, being in such a cold environment certainly negatively impacted the guests' mood.
Finally, the quality of the food was significantly below expectations. The dishes were often lukewarm and lacked the touch of quality expected from a New Year's Eve dinner. A disappointing culinary experience that left much to be desired.
In short, the evening at "La Ciuccolella" did not meet expectations and was a poor choice for celebrating the start of the new year.
18/10/2025: Returned after years, the quality of the dishes and the kindness of the owners and staff remain intact. I recommend the desserts, they are spectacular.

21/10/2025: A well-equipped beach resort with a variety of amenities and excellent food available on-site at great prices, including takeaway.
Recommended for everyone, especially families with children, as there are also various games available.
Excellent value for money.
03/10/2025: Fernando is a wonderful person who takes care of his guests' needs.
The bathroom is meticulously maintained with bar service, showers, and foot baths. There's a small playground for small children. A volleyball court and lifeguard service are also available.
We had a wonderful time.

28/12/2025: A disappointing experience in every way. I waited forever for the aperitif, which turned out to be of extremely low quality and truly sloppy. The service was slow and inattentive, while the music was so loud it made any conversation impossible. The atmosphere was chaotic and unwelcoming. Overall, a frustrating experience and absolutely not recommended.

Large terrace, the waitress was pleasant.
Reasonably priced. I recommend it.

16/08/2025: Dirty atmosphere, obviously stale food, NO TRANSPARENCY ON PRICES, and rude staff, to say the least.
I had a good 15 minutes to get a sandwich; the barista told me she could make me a Caprese sandwich, but, lo and behold, she forgot despite my reminders. Now, it seems absurd to me that I'm being denied service (despite having said I have an 8-hour journey ahead, therefore A REAL NEED WITH NO ALTERNATIVES) at a station bar just because the barista (who is truly rude, by the way) doesn't want to work. It's a shame, because the town and the common people are truly decent.
27/07/2025: A TERRIBLE experience. I advise tourists against coming to this bar because hospitality isn't the norm, but the RUDENESS IS. I recommend the brunette girl, I don't know if she's just an employee or the owner, take a basic education course, and then maybe even a customer service course. She was unpleasant. She accused us of not paying for an ice cream, yelling at us like a madwoman and treating us like thieves (obviously, she'd been paid for it), and 10 minutes earlier she was rudely yelling at some people coming in to close the door. If you want to make a scene like this, I recommend you appear on a popular Mediaset program and avoid working with the public, because that way you'll avoid making a beautiful town like Vasto look bad. There's usually a very nice and polite guy there, so leave it to him. P.S. This is the bar outside the station building; there's no phone number. Otherwise, I could have called to find out what kind of inconvenience you're experiencing.
