02/02/2026: At the drive-thru, they always try to rip you off. Every time you order a SMALL portion of fries (which they call "regular"), they give you medium ones (I've consistently had to get them corrected). Then, knowing that when they hand you the bag out the window, you won't immediately check the contents, something is always missing. For example, I ordered two burgers and fries. A mile later, I stopped for lunch. The second burger was missing. The following week, the same order: this time, the fries were missing, but given my experience, I immediately checked, noticed, and pointed it out, also remembering the episode the previous week. They made me wait another ten minutes in the car for a simple portion of fries!

21/10/2025: Self-service with food that's definitely not of the highest quality. The food is a bit heavy, heavy on spices and oil. At that price, you can't expect much. Frying would probably raise the bar. I'll try it if I get the chance.

09/12/2025: Technical stop for an extremely quick lunch, a first course saffron risotto, a side dish that I would have liked to take a photo of but it was so little, 4 forkfuls, water, coffee, and a cover charge of €18.50 were enough. Now, not to be picky, but the coffee I paid €1.50 for at the counter, I ask for the cost of €1.20, €4 for 5 chicory leaves, €0.75 water €2.50, the cover charge €2.50, three slices of bread and I ate with paper napkins. But what do you think? If you are a restaurateur, let me know because I think something went wrong. In any case, I don't think I'll stop at this place again.

19/01/2026: Welcoming, clean, tidy, well-organized, and well-lit store. Friendly, polite, helpful, discreet, and competent staff. Ample and very decent covered and uncovered parking. Shopping bags and paper towels are always available; carts are clean, easy to move, functional, and well-organized. Excellent bar and restaurant services. Restrooms are always clean and tidy. A furniture and home accessories shopping center with an excellent price/quality ratio, where a family can easily spend an entire day having lunch on-site and then continuing with their shopping. A small reception area and play area for children. Numerous services are available: transportation and delivery, assistance, and returns.

10/01/2026: I've been an Ikea customer forever. But today, one thing just didn't sit right with me. After finishing my tour of the store, I went to the self-service checkout to pay. Once I'd scanned all the items, about €60 in total, I grabbed a cardboard bag but carelessly (really carelessly) didn't scan it through the scanner and started placing the goods inside. The clerk, a girl with long brown hair and glasses, probably with a Campanian accent, immediately pointed out my oversight, saying "the bag should have been scanned," which I didn't immediately catch on to, as I hadn't noticed. Until then, I realized she meant I hadn't paid 0.50 cents for the bag, and she invited me to get the "steel trolleys." A little annoyed, I put the bag back and put some of the groceries in my partner's bag. But do you think I was going to save €0.50 on a bag with €60 of expenses? But please, I'll be very meticulous with my next purchases and won't tolerate the flaws in their products.
