26/09/2025: I believe that true skill in the restaurant business lies not in surprising with an exceptional evening, but rather in consistency, coupled with the rare ability to offer new offerings that don't leave you longing for comfort. That feeling of being at home, knowing you won't be disappointed, that there at FUOCO 26, there will always be the highest level of attention and care, both in the food and in the customer relationship. I've returned several times and am always amazed. In a carefully curated setting that seems frozen in time, there's a gastronomic buzz that brings pleasure. And no less important is the staff, capable, courteous, and attentive, who always give the feeling that we were truly expected. Welcome back... thank you, and welcome back every time.

20/09/2025: What more could you want... exceptional service.... we ate a starter, first course and second course that deserve a 5 star..... the owner suggests the menu of the day..... I went there by chance and I can say as a person who has traveled that it is worth a visit.

04/10/2025: We chose Convivium for our wedding. Stefania and the entire Sporting staff were fabulous. Our day exceeded all expectations. Starting with the food: a large buffet of hot and cold appetizers with various show-cooking stations; throughout the lunch, from starters to main courses, the quantity and quality were excellent; we received nothing but compliments from our guests; and finally, the fruit and dessert buffet was generous with a wide variety of choices, including freshly prepared Nutella crepes. Their meticulous attention to allergies and intolerances is noteworthy, and they were ready to accommodate any need. The maître d', Nicola, Stefania's right-hand man, always made us feel at ease. Along with him, the entire staff is known for their kindness, discretion, and efficiency. A special thanks goes to Stefania, who oversaw the organization of the entire event, demonstrating maximum attention to detail from start to finish. She was with us throughout the day, attentive to our emotions, and always had a solution ready for any request or wish of the newlyweds.

30/09/2025: Wedding September 14, 2025 If you want the wedding you've always dreamed of, you absolutely must go to Stefania. It took us a while to write this review because we couldn't find the right words to thank the entire team for making our dream come true. ❤️ Professionalism, kindness, and availability are absolutely the main characteristics that distinguish them! Even today, almost a month after the big day, people still talk about the exquisiteness and quantity of the buffet and the various courses of the lunch. A special thank you to maître Nicola for being our guide in the days leading up to and on the day itself. You will always remain in our hearts. ❤️ I'll conclude by saying that we have the deepest esteem and respect for all of you. We'll definitely see you again at future events. ❤️ We love you! 22/07/2025: Small bakery, got a couple of slices of pizza to take to the beach, excellent.

22/06/2025: I went to this very well-known bakery in Casalbordino on the occasion of the patronal feast of the Madonna dei Miracoli, after a night spent walking around. I had heard about their pizza trays and I have to say that expectations were exceeded! I had slices of all three types available, but the one with potatoes was truly delicious — simple, but made to perfection. They opened at 5:30 in the morning and, as soon as the shutter was raised, all the guys rushed to get the slices: a true point of reference for those who know the area. A round of applause to the manager, present that morning, kind and smiling despite the time. You could really see that she was happy to welcome everyone and let them taste her pizzas. If you are in the area you surely know it, but if you happen to pass by Casalbordino, stop by: it is absolutely worth it! Absolutely low prices compared to the quality

12/09/2025: Authentic trattoria, where we ate AMAZING arrosticini! Also excellent were the cacio e ovo balls, the ravioli with ventricina, the cured meats and cheeses appetizer, and the pasta with lamb sauce. Very friendly staff, excellent prices. Children's playground, large garden, outdoor seating, and an indoor dining room.

29/08/2025: A lovely country restaurant with a lake for sport fishing. We went without a reservation and were seated inside. We ordered arrosticini, two traditional first courses, and a pizza. Everything was delicious. Very fair prices.
