While in Rome during the Youth Jubilee, we were trying to find a place for dinner and happened on Zig. Unassuming. No one trying to lure us in. We just walked in and were immediately seated. We ordered bread which came with olive oil. I had the pasta carbonara . It was delicious. Glad we had left some bread to mop up the sauce. My bus ordered the buratta ravioli and he loved it. We didn’t order dessert but were treated to some sweet cookies. Definitely recommend.

A true highlight in Rome. The food is delicious and authentic. If you're looking for new experiences, this is the place to go. The service is very friendly; you immediately feel welcome in this restaurant. It's rare to experience such attentive service that's so helpful and available to answer any questions. We highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely return on our next visit to Rome.

After a terrible experience at another restaurant we walked down the street to Zig. Monica was our waitress. She greeted us with a friendly smile and had absolutely no problem seating our party of 7, in fact she was happy to see us! So glad we chose this place. Atmosphere was amazing, food was amazing and Monica’s service was even better! She made our whole night. HIGHLY RECOMMEND :) Thank you Monica & Zig Ristorante!

So lucky to have stumbled upon this place. Laid back and unpretentious, the food and service were impeccable. They offer nice alternatives to pasta and everything was fresh! I have been craving a refreshing salad my entire stay in Rome and their panzanella hit the spot.

Mycket trevlig restaurang, god mat och mycket god sevice. Vacker lokal lite enklare utomhus Atmosfären var gemytligt högljudd då det var mycket folk. Vi trivdes och gick mätta o nöjda därifrån.

Io e mio marito siamo stati a cena in questo locale dell'aspetto molto carino e ben curato,ottima posizione in zona Prati. Il personale nello specifico un ragazzo all'accoglienza e la cameriera molto cortesi peccato per il proprietario, penso si lui, che mi fa dire che nonostante abbiamo mangiato molto bene non ci torneremo più per la sua maleducazione. Nel servirci i piatti ci chiede se gradiamo del pane, io molto gentilmente dico che per me non è necessario ma mio marito lo desidera...cosa fa lui? Mentre stavo per rispondere si gira e se ne va con fare scocciato senza ascoltare la mia risposta. Alla cassa al momento del pagamento ha confermato il nostro pensiero avendo il solito atteggiamento arrogante. Un vero peccato!!
