A basic place for a quick bite. You can sit inside or take out. Excellent food, lovely staff. Great prices.

A hidden gem in Rome. I ate here twice during my stay in the city. Both times I was full and satisfied. Fast service and amazing prices. I recommend trying their Broccolo ripassato, brie e pesto. If you are passing by, go here for lunch!

When we're in Rome, we come to MASTROGUSTO to eat and we always find the staff friendly and knowledgeable, and the food always fresh. A big 10, thank you, MASTROGUSTO.

A place with well-packaged and tasty ready-made dishes and sandwiches, and a wide selection if you need them freshly prepared. Friendly staff. The place is small but functional. The prices are decidedly reasonable, almost a rarity in the area. I've been there a couple of times already and will be back.

We happened to walk past here this afternoon and were very pleasantly surprised. The sandwiches were really delicious, and so was the pasta. And all that for a great price. Nice waitress too :)

12/04/2026: Friendly service, we had aperitivo and various bruschetta, very delicious!
11/04/2026: We got to visit this special place through The Roman Food Tour and we fell in love with this place. Absolutely love the "hole in the wall" atmosphere where the establishment is warm and welcoming without being too much. We sampled some fabulous salami, cheeses, prosciutto, and wines. We even bought some truffle oil products after tasting it during the tour. The environment was just loud enough to be fun, but nowhere near overwhelming. This was the first stop on our food tour and we didn't even want to leave to see the rest of the tour. Yes, we loved it that much.

30/06/2026: I go to this restaurant quite often with friends who live in Vicovaro. The experience has always been positive. Excellent food, spacious dining area, large, comfortable tables, and a spectacular view of the Aniene Valley.
17/02/2026: I was a guest for a family lunch and was pleasantly surprised. The restaurant is clean and very well decorated. The dishes are excellent, with homemade flavors. It was an excellent lunch. I think I'll be back.
