Found this place, recommended in the "back roads to Italy". I would highly recommend it. Great tasting food, quick and friendly service. Convivial atmosphere, overlooking the cathedral. Located on a steep street, the table and chairs have different up hill and down hill legs, putting in mind a haggis and how to catch one! English spoken. Go there!

We walked by this restaurant and thought we would give it a chance and I’m so glad we did! The chicken wrapped in bacon was so good! We also had the truffle pasta and it was our favorite thing on our trip so far. The wine was amazing as well. We really loved the staff. They were very kind and funny and made our experience really enjoyable! Plus the view is beautiful! Very unique dining spot. If we visit Siena again, we will be coming back!!

In een klein intiem restaurant kan je de Toscaanse keuken proeven. De eigenaar is uiterst vriendelijk en komt ook een praatje maken aan tafel.

It does not surprise me that this little gem of a restaurant gets such high marks. The owner, Maurizio, is a perfect host. Makes you feel like you are being reunited with a friend. The food was outstanding, atmosphere warm and inviting. You wont be disappointed.

Excellent place to eat. Friendly and chatty waiters, very relaxed atmosphere. Eat outside on the street if you can...novel experience sitting at a table on a very steep street!! Lovely food and reasonably priced .

22/07/2024: A fixed stop for two years now, a place that you absolutely must try. It's a place where my girlfriend and I felt pampered. A restaurant with meticulous attention to detail, a beautiful location located in a former convent all in stone, delicious dishes and a special mention to the staff who pampers you by telling you stories about the wines that are recommended based on the courses, at least that's what they did with us Monica is a girl who should be an example for the waiter profession. Their tiramisu and ravioli with ossobuco are delicious, not to mention the pork belly cooked for 24 hours; my girlfriend also really liked the pasta with lemon cream. We thank everyone again and in particular Monica for this one-of-a-kind experience, we will be back again!!
20/07/2024: The service and atmosphere of this restaurant were very good. However, among the foods I ordered, some were delicious and some were not so tasty. The salad and cold pumpkin soup were delicious, but the pasta I ate as the main dish wasn't very tasty.

28/08/2024: Perfetto per un pranzo light o una sosta veloce, con tavolini all aperto. Crostini, insalatone, panini. Top il crostone con pecorino fuso e tartufo. Piatti semplici ma fatti con cura.
