Courtesy and helpful, attentive service despite the restaurant being fully booked. Delicious food... great customer service. Although there was a mix-up with one dish, the owner was brilliant at solving it... something truly unique! Recommended, we'll be back.

Everything was very good, and the staff were friendly. The prices were reasonable for the location, but the portions were a bit small and sometimes a bit sloppy.

We thoroughly enjoyed our meal; it was our first experience with typical Bolognese cuisine. We went off-season, and the restaurant filled up quickly.

A great place for traditional regional cuisine - excellent pasta with truffles, including tortellini… fantastic veal cotelleto. But more impressive was the excellent service - Alessandro helped us select a wine… it was OUTSTANDING and moderately priced. He decanted it with skill, explained the varietal and ensured we enjoyed the bottle to its full potential. There are many touristy places in the historic center, but the staff at O51 brings the food and experience to another level.

My partner, our daughter and I ate very well....the restaurant in the centre of the square is very elegant and well-kept...the waiters are kind and helpful, more or less...the only flaw is that they counted the place setting for our 18-month-old daughter who didn't eat and ordered anything...the quality and price were right!!!

07/12/2025: Trattoria Da Vito certainly needs no introduction: it's been a fixture in the city's history and restaurant scene for decades. More than fair prices and generous wine, as is tradition. I'd also like to add a positive note about the quick, friendly, and affable Pakistani gentleman who served us.

12/12/2025: Very large and crowded trattoria, typical Bolognese food and good, fast and attentive service.
11/12/2025: The crescentine with cured meats and cheeses were excellent; I wasn't entirely satisfied with the lasagna (the pastry was a bit overcooked and the béchamel sauce was a bit runny).
