Excellent restaurant in the center of Bologna. It's well-known among locals, but many tourists continue to frequent it once they've discovered it. This is undoubtedly due to the highly successful choice of offering unconventional dishes, where the chef's skill is combined with the choice of top-quality ingredients. I'd also like to point out the various vegetarian options; the names of the dishes often don't fully describe what's on your plate, so asking the friendly and courteous staff for advice helps you choose from the extensive menu. The atmosphere is modern, elegant, and well-kept. Although there's plenty of seating, I've always found it crowded, so reservations are recommended, even at lunchtime. Well done, keep it up!

The food was great, and the atmosphere was lovely. We enjoyed every bite of the pasta and other dishes. The dessert felt like it was from another universe, and she attacked it immediately. P.S.: She had eaten just 5 minutes before the dessert arrived, so this act of violence wasn’t out of hunger—it was purely because of the smell and taste.

Buon ristorante, adesso che non è più di stretta osservanza. La cucina è di buon livello, i tavoli sono un po' stretti e nonostante l'insonorizzazione, lodevole, se si empie si parla un po' a fatica. Il servizio e' poco accogliente, corretto ma scostante. Meglio che invasivo ma un po' di sorrisi non guasterebbero.

12/07/2025: Quality food, fresh, good, and authentic produce. Objectively, it's a kiosk, so the location isn't the best, but I'd say the service and the friendliness of the staff make the difference! Recommended.
19/06/2025: If you want to eat tigelle and Crescentine this is the right place. I'm not from Bologna, but for at least 10 years every time I go up I always go to this place. It's a bit spartan, paper tablecloths, plastic cutlery, etc., but the atmosphere and the food are the strong points. The prices are in line with the rest. The "menu" tigelle crescentine with cured meats costs 17 euros per person. If you happen to pass by I absolutely recommend this place. They bring the children a placecloth and colors at the table, too cute.

13/08/2025: For me, pizza in Bologna is Donna Margherita with Salvatore and his team. I've watched it grow; it's a safe place when I'm nervous, tired, and just want to relax and enjoy good food.
