What this place offers is not sushi, but hyper sensorial experiences for the taste buds. Selected and very fresh fish, excellent raw materials, plating to frame. Refined atmosphere. High quality-price ratio but consistent with the content of the dishes. Right portions. The only flaw... the service is a bit slow, but the wait is worth it, because each dish is a unique piece. I absolutely must return to try other amazing dishes on the menu. I invite you to book 😎

L'esperienza tutto sommato è stata positiva, ma se il menù degustazione (108€ a testa) non prevedesse così tante MINI porzioni da dividere sarebbe promosso a pieni voti. Mi spiego meglio, sebbene alcuni piatti erano sia di concetto che di quantità adatti alla condivisione (vedi Roll e Tataki) altri, come gli spaghettini di calamari, le cannocchie e i DUE nigiri al tonno, se divisi, diventano proprio un boccone a testa. O alcune proposte si ripensano in modo da renderle più separabili (e abbondanti) oppure il prezzo deve essere rivisto almeno 15/20€ euro in meno a testa. La qualità comunque è ottima. La proposta accattivante in alcune portate (clamorosi i Gyoza gamberi e anduia), un po' meno in altri (Tataki misto già assaggiato identico altrove). Non ho mangiato male. Ma si può fare i meglio!

Dinner of the highest level, dishes served with elegance and with perfect flavor combinations. The quality of the raw material can be felt from the first to the last taste. We have created our own menu and it does not differ much from the price of the tasting menu. We will definitely return for some other important occasion. Well done!

Probably the best sushi in Milan. Each dish is a true work of art, not only for its aesthetics but also for the balance of flavors. The quality of the raw materials is very high. The environment is refined, elegant but welcoming, and fully reflects the style of the owner, who manages to convey personality and passion in every detail. It's not just a dinner, but a complete experience. I will definitely return, and will recommend it to anyone looking for top-notch sushi, with a unique twist.

Beautiful evening in an elegant, refined environment where you feel at home... Excellent service, elegance, courtesy and always with a beautiful smile!!! Excellent super quality and fresh food, a very rich and refined menu! Rosy and her husband are two people who pay attention to the customer, I found a lot of professionalism, helpfulness and also a lot of friendliness, for me it was the first time they paid attention to me as if I were a regular customer, which is not the case for everyone. The evening was accompanied by beautiful music and some fun moments! I recommend this restaurant to readers.

Posto stupendo in centro Milano. Location bellissima e ben curata. Personale gentilissimo e preparato, una menzione particolare a Rosy che nonostante sia ormai famossima sui social e non solo si dimostra una persona fantastica,umile e sempre disponibile a chiacchierare con i clienti, a fare foto,video..insomma qualunque cosa e soprattutto sempre presente sia pranzo che cena..cosa non scontata! Ci siamo stati varie volte e l’ambiente e’ davvero fantastico. Il cibo e’ ottimo! Qualità altissima e tantissimi piatti da provare. Prezzi onestissimi vista la posizione, la qualità e la fama del locale ormai conosciutissimo grazie ai social. Super consigliato! Ovviamente ci torneremo presto! BRAVISSIMI!

29/09/2024: Si ,ho mangiato ,credo un filetto composto da carne di cavallo con spezie alla griglia ,o al forno .Buonissimo .Un bicchiere di barolo rosso e poi che novità.La bottiglia dell'acqua in plastica formato vintage .Piatto di portata in pietra massiccia colore nero carbone.Ideale come posto .🤏🏻👍🏻 ITALO ARPAIA

Il personale è professionale e attento, sempre pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta con un sorriso, rendendo il servizio impeccabile. Il menù è una vera scoperta per gli amanti della carne, con una selezione di filetti provenienti da tutto il mondo, preparati con una maestria che valorizza al massimo la qualità delle materie prime. I tagli sono cotti alla perfezione, mantenendo una succosità. Ogni piatto è accompagnato da contorni e salse che esaltano i sapori della carne senza mai sovrastarli. Ginza sushi is the right place to eat excellent sushi, good quality food, very kind staff and prepared to serve every customer request, spacious and clean premises In particular with the You Can Eat service the prices vary between weekdays and weekends-holidays they range from 18-20 euros including drinks per person during the week, 25/30 euros on weekends and holidays. If you are in the Sesto San Giovanni area (Milan) I recommend you go... I am publishing some photos of the dishes on the menu that I ate 😋
