Yokohama Fusion Experience In Milano

Overall, a good experience, although I would have liked a little more space between tables. The products were good quality and the dishes were delicious and carefully prepared. Personally, I preferred last year's menu.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The restaurant's reputation is fully justified: we noticed it immediately as soon as we sat down for lunch. The two of us ordered à la carte, sharing multiple dishes to better explore the menu. A special mention goes to the squid ink carbonara – simply spectacular, both in taste and presentation (see photo). The quality of the salmon is also excellent, significantly superior to any sushi I've had in the area: a clear and surprising leap in quality. The prices are fair and well-proportioned to the care, research, and originality of the dishes. The average cost is around €80 per person (excluding wine), absolutely fair for the experience offered. The only point that could be improved: the service, which at times wasn't up to par with the level of the cuisine. But this didn't detract from the overall experience. I will definitely return, perhaps for a longer and more complete dinner.

Beautiful restaurant, the owners are very friendly and sociable. I must say it's some of the best sushi I've had here in Italy. Excellent service, very attentive. Reasonable prices. A restaurant with a very good atmosphere. It's definitely a place to recommend. I'll be back.

Phenomenal food, and excellent service... certainly not a very affordable price but in line with a restaurant of this level being in Milan.

Elegant, clean and well-ordered place, excellent dishes prepared with excellent ingredients and of excellent quality, you can taste sushi that you cannot find in other restaurants. The owner is a great character also in entertainment. Try it and believe it

L'esperienza tutto sommato è stata positiva, ma se il menù degustazione (108€ a testa) non prevedesse così tante MINI porzioni da dividere sarebbe promosso a pieni voti. Mi spiego meglio, sebbene alcuni piatti erano sia di concetto che di quantità adatti alla condivisione (vedi Roll e Tataki) altri, come gli spaghettini di calamari, le cannocchie e i DUE nigiri al tonno, se divisi, diventano proprio un boccone a testa. O alcune proposte si ripensano in modo da renderle più separabili (e abbondanti) oppure il prezzo deve essere rivisto almeno 15/20€ euro in meno a testa. La qualità comunque è ottima. La proposta accattivante in alcune portate (clamorosi i Gyoza gamberi e anduia), un po' meno in altri (Tataki misto già assaggiato identico altrove). Non ho mangiato male. Ma si può fare i meglio!

Bellissima serata in un ambiente elegante raffinato ma dove ti senti a casa... Ottimo il servizio eleganza cortesia e sempre con un bel sorriso!!! Cibo eccellente di super qualita' e fresco, un munu' molto ricco e ricercato! Rosy ed il Marito sono due persone attenti al cliente, ho trovato molta professionalita' disponibilta' e anche tanta simpatia, per me era la prima volta mi hanno dato attenzione come se fossi un cliente abituale, cosa che non è da tutti. La serata è stata accompagnata da bella musica e qualche momento divertente ! Consiglio ai lettori questo Ristorante .
