Each course demonstrates research, balance, and a genuine attention to flavor. 🩷Rosy is the brains behind it all, but above all, the heart. She puts passion and love into everything she does, and this dedication is clearly evident, both in the dishes and in the hospitality. 🥰Another aspect that makes this place special is the ability to make you feel at home, pampered, and cared for with great attention. And for those who want an even more intimate and private experience, the private room is the perfect choice. If you want a truly unique experience, this is a restaurant you absolutely must try! ✨

Everything was very good. Perhaps in the tasting menu I would serve the gnocchi first and the Black Cod after, rather than vice versa (maybe they made a mistake). During service, the dishes were often brought before we'd even finished one course. The atmosphere was beautiful and quiet, the food was excellent, and the owner, who greets guests at the table, and the manager were very friendly. The price was right for the tasting menu. 👌

Yokohama is synonymous with home. The owners are the perfect hosts, their team is truly super welcoming, but above all, they're well-prepared! The tasting menu currently on the menu is well-structured, balanced, and packed with flavor. You eagerly await the next course, but regret finishing the previous one. To cite a few excerpts from the tasting: - Ikigai evokes the idea of ​​mopping up the bread; - Yin-Yang lets you savor the incredible quality of the fish; - Ebi toast is a riot of deliciousness. When I read the description, I was afraid the bread would be soaked in oil, but instead... it was bone dry. In short, if you want to eat well, celebrate something, impress someone, or even enjoy an evening alone, Yokohama is the place to be.

Yokohama has become my boyfriend and I's favorite place to celebrate every milestone, event, or special evening. We feel at home, pampered like never before, and enjoy dishes that make our taste buds explode. When we go, we don't experience "just dinner," but a fun and carefree evening with excellent food and moments of pure enjoyment. This was our first time here and we can't wait to return. Quality and professionalism are the backdrop to a picture of which Rosy (besides being its creator) is the frame. It's a shame not to experience it!

Today I was so lucky to go to a restaurant with my girlfriend and find Rosy right there! We were so excited; she was so kind and sweet to us. The food was top-notch, some of the best sushi I've ever had! I'm so happy, I'll definitely be back for dinner with my whole family :)
