I had dinner at this Michelin starred restaurant (1 star) because I wanted to go back after a while. I chose the 6-course tasting menu accompanied by the wine tasting menu. The wines suggested by Cristian, one of the two owners (the other one is chef Amanda) were very interesting and original. The dishes on the menu were one better than the other and 6 courses are enough in my opinion to understand these unique experience with a perfect combination between Swedish & Italian tradition . A well-deserved star, especially if you consider that they are located at 2000 meters above sea level... well done, well done.

An exquisite little gem in Cervinia, where the Swedish Amanda left her artistic mark, both on interior design and food. A delight for the eyes and palate. The kitchen is completely up to par with what you can expect from a 1-star restaurant, hence the price level, of course. Extensive wine list, many local products. Friendly staff, partly perhaps under training, a little more attention and foresight, and it will be perfect. Amanda came out and talked quite unpretentiously for a while afterwards, which was appreciated. Full evening, recommended!

Excellent restaurant with delicious food. Perfect service with a downside no server speaks French. The price is a bit expensive but the experience remains interesting

We hebben hier oudejaarsavond gegeten. Menu was divers en bijzonder voor deze gelegenheid. Vooraf allergieën doorgegeven. Helaas ging het bij 1 persoon mis en moesten we zelf aangeven met de vraag of dit wel kon. Daarna werd het gecorrigeerd. In dit soort restaurant met Michelin ster dan hoort het niet te kunnen.

We enjoyed our Christmas evening meal here with our 2 daughters. It was a set tasting menu which we were provided before booking. It was about the correct level for the 1 star It holds and they obviously work for. The food was tasty and well presented. The waiting staff were excellent. We enjoyed the experience and Christmas dinner provided..

05/04/2025: We ate in the restaurant so can’t comment on the hotel. Beautiful setting. However, it was extremely busy and the staff all appeared stressed and not particularly friendly. We were given a wine menu but no selection of other drinks/soft drinks which we borrowed from the adjacent table. Waited ages to order. When the food eventually came, it was all delicious (despite a piece of plastic being found in one of the pasta dishes - clearly evidence of rushed kitchen staff - however, the staff were apologetic and removed the dish from our bill and also gave a complimentary dessert). Overall, we were disappointed as the restaurant looked lovely and there was a great atmosphere.
21/02/2025: The room and bathroom should have more hooks for towels and clothes. Wardrobes should have more shelves. Also, wifi is way too slow! Apart from that, we love this hotel with it's great staff. Very nice and cosy interior, very good food and perfectly located in the village with a very short walk to the chairlifts and slopes. No surprice we have returned, and will probably come another year again.

24/02/2025: I ate there twice for lunch and was always more than satisfied, excellent and plentiful dishes, as well as the service and courtesy of the staff, honest prices.
