Nice place. Lovely to know the front of staff and main server were a married couple; says a lot about how much the business means to them. They were lovely in their service and explaining all the dishes. The food was beautifully presented, something you'd expect of something with a Michelin star. Out of all the dishes from the 6 course tasting menu, only one stood out, the quail and langoustine. It was very well cooked and the flavours deep and rich. The other dishes were nice but not quite the Michelin standard I'd expect, especially for the price we paid. I realise the chef is from Sweden but two dishes with salmon and one with trout doesn't really give the variety or value I'd expect, but maybe that's a personal thing. If it's a special occasion, definitely give this place a go.

Expectional food, in a really relaxed and friendly environment. We had 3 courses off the al la carte menu which worked out at £100 a head which was excellent value for the high quality food we had and small pieces we had at the beginning and end of the meal provided. For food lovers I would def recommend

Food was good, but wouldn’t say amazing, as I usually expect with a Michelin restaurant (of which I’ve been to many). Presentation was nice, but not overly impressed with taste/flavors. Staff was attentive and service was top notch. Atmosphere is such that it wants to be cozy in a ski town with simple wood decor, but there is something missing to the coziness, and just feels a bit stiff and cold. Overall, decent meal but not worth the Michelin prices.

A big thank you for all the attention received both in the service and in the care of the dishes, you transmit passion and love in everything you do and the dishes are proof of this, one more exhilarating than the other, accompanied by a very interesting wine suggested by the expert Cristian whom I thank together with Amanda, two special people.

For a Michelin star restaurant normaly you're expecting the best of the best. It is imposibile to go to a Michelin⭐ restaurant and give Les then 5*. Tre staff was warm and helpful, the most of the food was tasty and good looking. Some weakness from the staff (didn't bother us) should be improved: - the table should be cleaned always from rest overs after every dish not only after the last dish - they should find a better (or an official way) to serve the cognac especially when is a XO .... Not just bring you the bottle to show it to you but they bring you the bottle after they put the cognac in a cold and very cheep glass (nothing special except the fine cognac that we served) - if a plate is dirty it should be replaced right away:( - the glasses and the cutlery was not the best quality (medium at the most) This is just a feedback for improve your skills is not a bad feedback cause we were satisfied about the restaurant but we did have much and hi value experience in other Michelin ⭐ restaurants. Cena eccellente grazie alla cortesia e alle attenzioni dei proprietari e di tutto il team. Le preparazioni sono caratterizzate da un’attenta ricerca delle materie prime e delle tecniche di realizzazione, il risultato è semplicemente incredibile! Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è straordinario. Torneremo certamente, è un’esperienza da provare!

16/08/2024: Found by chance the first evening we arrived in Cervinia. Very welcoming place, fast and impeccable service. High quality and plentiful dishes. During our short holiday we went to dinner more than once because it was worth it! Professional, friendly and welcoming owners.

Ristorante di Hotellerie De Mascognaz

18/08/2024: Special place in an almost unique atmosphere. Surrounded by the greenery of the mountains, away from the confusion, privacy. Quality structure, very helpful staff, good cuisine. To add, the skill of the hotel manager, very professional and available to solve every single customer problem.
18/08/2024: A fascinating place, out of time, difficult to describe...let's try it. It is an ancient village completely renovated and transformed into a luxury hotel. The original structures have been safeguarded as much as possible... the result is a perfect combination of ancient and modern... walking through the cobbled streets that are lost among the wooden houses you have the impression of being out of this world: it is a fascinating place. It is located above Champoluc and can be reached via a dusty dirt road, but the hotel has a convenient service: it is possible to leave the car in a car park in the valley and go up to the hotel thanks to a shuttle service operated by agile jeeps. However, it is possible to drive up with your own vehicle and leave it in the parking area or in the garage. What makes this place special is its uniqueness: each cottage is unique, different from the others, tastefully furnished, including with authentic and fine furniture. Those who come here do so for a relaxing break: a river runs alongside the village and is the only source of "noisy pollution" in the place. From here it is possible to take a myriad of paths that enter the woods under the watchful gaze of the beautiful Monte Rosa. The village has 2 restaurants and a spa (you can move around the village with a map ;) ). They told us that in winter the village is only accessible by snowmobiles ;) an experience to try!!!
