Small restaurant in the heart of the town. The menu it’s small but everything was really good. Very traditional food from Umbria. Highly recommended.

The place is very nice, small and cozy. The food is very good even if the portions are really small and the price is normal. Let's say you don't feel full, that's it. The quality however is very high, everything is very good. Spectacular wines, obviously, and a wide choice.

The owner greeted us with an annoyed look because we asked to stay outside since we were with our big dog, then he "unbuttoned" himself and revealed himself to be a pleasant person. Excellent choice of local wines, excellent cured meats and cheeses that we paid the right price for, they were really excellent. We will return in the hope that they will welcome us with a little more empathy! I want to close by underlining that what we ate was truly amazing!

The Maia Lino was the most amazing pig I have ever had. The owner is amazing and took such good care of us. Excellent wine knowledge. Don’t pass this place by. I wish he was in NYC.

In zona per acquisti da Domiziani, in base alle recensioni su TA prenotiamo qui. Piccola ma molto fornita enoteca; oltre ai vini ovviamente vari prodotti del territorio, olio, miele, formaggi, sughi, ecc…. Servizio veloce e curato, abbiamo preso un tagliere di affettati locali e strozzapreti fave e guanciale, tutto ottimo. Vino rosato al calice top. Prezzi in linea con il tipo di locale

Attratti dalle ottime recensioni si decide per questa enoteca. Scelta azzeccatissima. Zuppe buonissime e saporite. Maialino e specialmente il cinghiale ottimi. Ho poi chiesto una mezza porzione di trippa (anche se non sono un amante ed intenditore) ho sentito che era molto buona e fresca. Infatti mi hanno detto che gli mettono un po’ di scorza di limone per la freschezza del piatto. Tutto ottimo. Conto forse un po’ oltre le aspettative dato che non abbiamo preso vino se non un calice. Da migliorare i tempi di attesa.

12/01/2025: The place is created from an ancient building, first a church and then a spa facility. So much so that, right in the central position, there is the old apse from which the original thermal water fountain flows. The place is well furnished, with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Land and sea cuisine with a prevalence of the latter on the menu. I must say that the dishes we tried were all well prepared and with excellent quality raw materials. So the exam was excellently passed as far as I'm concerned. Well done. Prices in line with the quality offered.
06/01/2025: Elegant place with a slightly retro taste that really fascinates me. In addition to being a particular and characteristic location, it is well cared for and maintained by the fantastic owner-chef who is very good at cooking and making fish. Wide choice of dishes, all very inviting and at a more than fair price. A great place to eat well and spend a pleasant and relaxing moment of the day.

31/08/2024: Both the place and the service are exquisite, not to mention the food, all the dishes we ordered were spectacular in flavor. The proximity product is noticeable. It's worth the price you pay. Try to arrive at sunset time, the views are beautiful.
