This is my second time visiting this place, although it's nice because it's located on the seafront. Last year, the pizza was inedible...now they've obviously changed the pizza chef...but the pizzas are very good, made with quality ingredients...rich...
The only downside is the fried food, whether chips or mixed fries, everything is frozen, soggy, raw; in short, they're disgusting...
They need to work a little harder...also because there's so much competition...

This is my third time here for dinner. The food is spectacular. We reserved a table but still waited 20 minutes for one. The waiters are friendly, but they forget your drinks. You have to remind them about the dishes you ordered, and on top of that, they bring them 30 minutes apart, so that by the time some have finished, others are just starting to eat. The restaurant definitely has a major organizational problem, which is a shame since the atmosphere is beautiful, it's located on the seafront near the center, and the food is very good.

Since expectations of Brindisi shouldn't be high anyway, the Windsurf is a decent place to at least partially survive the daily midday coma, known as the siesta. The pizza is decent, the service is friendly, and you don't have to wait long for your food. It's best to have a couple of Aperol Spritz or Hugo... At some point, it's 5:00 p.m. and the city slowly wakes up again. The exceptions are the Roman columns that marked the end of the Via Appia.

Pedimos una pizza y una enslada del salmón. La pizza estaba aceptable, pero la ensalada además de escasa, estaba pésimamente preparada; el salmón lanzado de la nevera a las hojas de lechuga.
Se salvó el camarero amabilísimo que nos atendió.
