*Added on 11/5 It appears that the repairs were completed by 10am the day after I posted my review. Indeed, many local people were also confused, so it seems they just happened to come across it when it was broken. It's great that the repairs are so quick. I thought the price was a little high compared to Japan, Belgium, etc., but when I looked into it, it seemed to be about normal for Italy. The inside of the store was clean and seemed safe, so I would use it again if I were ever in the area. (It seems he was a little irritated when all the 25€ was returned in coins. I thought it would be even better if the signboard with the amount and time was written in a large, easy-to-understand manner. ●Original review There is no coin laundry nearby so I used it, but I don't want to use it here if possible. First of all, the sign inside the store says that the dryer is 2€/15 minutes, but it's actually 3€/15 minutes. Insert money at the payment machine at the end of the store, press the number of the machine you want to use, go to the machine, select the mode, and press the start button. However, this payment machine is difficult to use, and even though I used 3€, the coin slot was broken and I could only use bills. If you don't have it on hand, you'll have to spend 5 or 10 € for 3 €. Moreover, if you use it multiple times, you will have to use bills each time, so the coins will only increase. Probably because they want you to use your own prepaid card. It's expensive and difficult to use, so I recommend using something else unless it's absolutely necessary.

Great laundromat. Some helpful locals showed us how it worked, but there are instructions on the walls in both Italian and English. Machines already have detergent in them so couldn't be easier. Takes notes and coins.
