20/06/2025: Gnoc e Lambrosch: many people don't notice it, going to San Polo d'Enza from Reggio, if they decide to pass through the center they don't find it, if they take the new ring road, it is practically at the height of a roundabout at Pieve di San Polo (via Rampognana 12), then it is in a van, born in 2016 from a great idea of the tireless Simona and Adriano. They thought of doing Reggio cuisine on the move, their slogan is, "gnocco was born to be fried". Reggianità squared, if you don't find them on site, it means they are traveling around the world to let you taste our best specialties. Fried gnocco combined with excellent local cured meats including culatta, cooked shoulder, and in winter, cicciolata, there is also fried gnocco for vegetarians fried in oil and the one with spelt. Fried chizze with cheese or fried erbazzoncini. Lambrusco from local producers, erbazzone, tortelli of various types, cappelletti in brodo, lasagna, cheeses and jams, zuppa inglese and other Reggio sweets of our own production.
