Vittorio al Mare In

We ate at Vittorio al Mare twice, just a few days apart, on August 12th and 15th, and had a wonderful time, even on the 15th of August (which isn't easy!). The spacious dining area offers a certain amount of privacy despite the crowds, and the large windows surrounding it offer a stunning 360° view of the sea and the village of Boccadasse. The food is mostly seafood, very fresh and well-cooked, and the desserts are excellent. The staff is attentive and very friendly without being intrusive. If I really had to find a flaw, it would be the wine list isn't very extensive, but it does have some good labels. We'll definitely be back. The price is in line with the type of restaurant.

We're regulars because the atmosphere is elegant and the food is consistently refined and top-quality. The owner and staff are always very helpful and friendly. The outdoor dining area overlooking the sea is also a real treat. Highly recommended!

I went last night with my wife and two friends. We had a wonderful meal, impeccable service, a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea, and a very well-kept and clean atmosphere. Excellent value for money. We'll be back and will tell our friends about it.

For my graduation lunch, I chose Vittorio al Mare, and I couldn't have asked for anything better. Everything was simply perfect: an unforgettable experience that I will cherish forever. The day was enhanced by the wonderful setting of Boccadasse, one of Genoa's most iconic and evocative locations. Dining with that sea view, surrounded by the beauty of the village and caressed by the sea breeze, made everything even more magical. Truly enchanting. The venue is a pearl of elegance and care: the refined decor, meticulously designed down to the smallest detail, strikes the perfect balance between style and hospitality. Every space exudes warmth, flavor, and sophistication. The impeccable hygiene was immediately evident and helped make all guests feel completely at ease. And then... the food! What more can I say? A true explosion of quality and flavor. Each dish was a delicious surprise, made with the freshest ingredients and enhanced by a cuisine that blends tradition and creativity. From appetizers to dessert, everything was sublime, thoughtfully prepared, and plentiful. The guests were thrilled, and to this day they continue to compliment me on the excellence of Vittorio al Mare's cuisine. A special thanks goes to the staff, always smiling, helpful, and attentive. An impeccable team, who handled every moment with discretion, professionalism, and a rare courtesy. And a heartfelt thank you to the owner, whose presence was invaluable: attentive, present, and friendly, he made this event even more special with his availability and passion. I can say, without hesitation, that Vittorio al Mare played a fundamental role in making this day perfect. I enthusiastically recommend it to anyone looking for an elegant, authentic, and top-quality venue to celebrate a special occasion—or even just to treat yourself to a moment of pure beauty and excellent cuisine. The restaurant is located in Boccadase, with a beautiful view. It is elegant but more old fashioned. We had the tasting menu with wine pairing. The food was ok but nothing special. The antipasto consisted of 3 small seafood pieces, fresh and tasty. For il primo they offer 2 pasta tasting small plates. The ravioli were good, the gnocchi not that much. The biggest disappointment was the main course that was the smallest course we were ever served even in Michelin star restaurants. Literally 3 small bites from a fish fillet in which there were bones left. All in all it can be a nice dining experience but go for a dish from the a la carte menu. The tasting menu with wine pairing is definitely over priced and not worth it.

Per festeggiare l'anniversario col mio ragazzo avevo deciso di optare per questo bel ristorante proprio sul mare di Boccadasse e e devo dire che ho fatto proprio la scelta giusta per la scelta della location. Vista mozzafiato, sembrava una cartolina, a picco sul mare, una vista perfetta.. il ristorante all'interno, invece, molto elegante, camerieri gentilissimi e super professionali, ci hanno accolto con molto riguardo e cordialità, ho apprezzato molto anche che la cameriera si sia accorta che avevo appoggiato la borsa a terra e così ha pensato di portarmi il gancio da attaccare al tavolo per appenderla, è stata gentile. I piatti, che dire, stupendi alla vista ma anche di gusto! Le presentazioni da parte dei camerieri, accurate e precise, servizio ottimo, pesce freschissimo. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo, in due 139€, due antipasti, due primi, due dolci, due calici, 1 acqua e 1 caffè, ci hanno voluto offrire due amari per un piccolo errore sul conto, davvero cordiali. Consigliatissimo!
