30/01/2025: This is already the second time I have lunch in this restaurant with colleagues and clients and I will definitely return with my family, because it is really worth it, not only for how you eat (each course is something special), but also because you feel a bit at home, for the passion, friendliness and kindness of the staff, who take care of the guests in a truly exceptional way. From the appetizers, to the first courses, to the meat and fish main courses, to the homemade bread, to the desserts. Everything is always perfect, including the wines. 15/01/2025: A leap into the past projected into the future. The environment is the refined one of the restaurants of a few decades ago, with the pleasantness of the napkins and cloth tablecloths that hang softly from the table. The cuisine is a perfect balance between tradition and research, ennobled by excellent raw materials, with which you can fearlessly range between land and sea. Pilot rice, in its apparent simplicity, a masterpiece. Local cured meats, not to be missed. If you add excellent service, a well-assorted wine list, with some artisanal rarities and a riot of spirits... you're done. To go back, to go back, to go back...
