Excellent food, as was the recommended wine. High quality cuisine, friendly, professional but also "easy going" staff. A truly positive experience. The place is certainly not cheap but the dinner is worth every penny spent.

However, the somewhat austere style of the gray walls can give an impression of coldness, but it remains a secondary detail compared to the overall excellence of the restaurant. Very nice restaurant in Udine. We have discovered it through the Michelin Guide and it was well worth the visit. We had daily crudo of fish which was fresh and excellent in taste. We also shared a risotto with razor clams. We have tried their house wine (Malvasia) which was quite nice. The only annoyance was a wasp that wanted to participate in our feast and after dark there were some flying insects drawn to the lights. That is the price of eating Al fresco.

The welcome was warm and attentive, from the first moment we set foot in the restaurant. The atmosphere was elegant, soft and pleasant. The excellent service, the superlative food and the equally excellent wine recommendation. You can feel the experience of the staff first-hand. It truly was a magical evening. I recommend this experience to all those who want to treat themselves to an intimate evening away from the confusion of the world.
