Excellent meat restaurant. They have all cuts and origins. The staff was really attentive and quick to serve me, even though they were busy. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back soon.
The quality of the meat is unquestionable, but the prices are a little less so; in my opinion, they're a bit overpriced. Furthermore, there was only one cut available on the entire menu based on our requests, and there were three of us, and the price wasn't exactly affordable. For a Friday night, I expected more choice. I didn't leave feeling full.

First experience at Viro as a couple.
We ordered two appetizers, a meat tasting for two and two desserts.
Nothing to say about the exceptional appetizers, very tender pork belly tacos with a very fresh cabbage salad to balance the saltiness and fat of the meat, leaving a very pleasant taste in the mouth, beef tartare perfectly seasoned with confit tomatoes, stracciatella, smoked salt and fried basil that balanced everything.
Meat tasting with two scottona ribs, one more aged and one less, very tender and cooked as requested.
Finally we ordered two brownies that we didn't like, we informed the waiter and he decided not to charge us for them. Few places would have done that.
We'll be back!

Congratulations, congratulations, congratulations!
Refined breeds of cattle, correct cooking (finally a place where they advise you on the cooking and agree on the fact that each cut and breed has its own temperature). Thanks to Roberto's service, attentive, kind and extremely professional.
Everything was fine but it was hot and the air conditioning didn't work and there were no open windows

Ottimo locale con un’ampia varietà ovviamente di carne, un ottimo ottimo servizio anche se a mio avviso a pranzo una sola persona in sala è troppo poco anche se bravissimo. Buoni anche i dolci anche se non al livello della carne, buona anche la scelta dei vini, consiglio assolutamente la visita
