What can I say? Everything was delicious! We had hamburgers (it's an understatement to call them that) and an Argentine picanha, both cooked really well! Homemade mayonnaise and ketchup, crispy yet soft fries. The tiramisu was so soft! They even have a couple of pretty good single-origin coffees! The atmosphere is just a little dark, but that's okay.

Simply EXCEPTIONAL For at least 50 years, I've had experience at a wide range of restaurants, both meat and fish, in Italy and abroad. There are no more than 5% of establishments as good as Viro Gallarate... It was my first time there, alone: ​​not only will I be coming in good company, but I'll recommend it to all my friends! The quality of the raw materials is clearly EXCELLENT, the grilled food (not spit-roasted) is VERY meticulous, ensuring you get the exact cooking point you want, the table service is simply almost UNFINDABLE, and the value for money is almost unmatchable, including the wine (I had a bottle of 2022 Saint EMILION for €30 at the table (UNFINDABLE price even in French restaurants, for a 2022 vintage)... It's absolutely one of my favorite restaurants, a paradise for carnivores; if you're one, you have to try it. We've tried a bit of everything, from Wagyu to Patanegra, including specialties like those small, delicious burgers, true masterpieces of bread and magic. The cooking and flavors are always excellent. They organize events and promotions, including rewards cards, but unfortunately I can't keep up with them, so I end up buying everything at once. The staff is as welcoming as the place and as kind as the flavor of the meat, and it's obviously a must-visit for any celebration.
