Perfect evening at Viro! Welcoming atmosphere, very high quality meat and impeccable cooking. The cuts we chose were spectacular, accompanied by excellent side dishes.
But the real highlight was Alberto, our waiter. Professional, kind and attentive, he advised us perfectly, making the experience even more special.

We went to Viro on a Saturday evening: in addition to the truly delicious meat (I highly recommend trying their tartare) and the warm and welcoming environment, I would like to say a few words about the service. The staff pampers you, gives advice and is really kind, Alberto above all looked after us throughout the evening and recommended some truly fabulous pairings, precise in his knowledge of the restaurant's offering and was kind and professional all the time.

What a dinner, everything perfect.
The meat is sensational, we tried the tartare and wagyu and pata negra starter, both starters were exceptional.
Between the appetizer and the meat they brought us some meat broth to "rinse your mouth".
Then we ordered a fillet and a picanha with a side of potatoes and vegetables, the meat was tasty and good, it melted in your mouth.
To finish we had a cheesecake with a unique flavor.
Last but not least,
The guys were very kind and prepared to explain and advise us on what to eat.
For anyone who is in the area, I absolutely recommend stopping by to enjoy some excellent meat in a quiet and beautiful location!

The really high quality meat is prepared very well, even the kilo t-bone never gets boring, but you can share it...important wine list but you can also find them from 25 euros, staff in the room always attentive and proactive, I will be back I'd love that

One of the best steakhouses I've tried in recent times. Business dinner with the desire to eat some meat. An excellent Florentine steak, perfect grilled cooking, tasty side dishes and delicious gorgonzola sauce. Attentive and kind service. Absolutely worth repeating.

Locale scoperto su Internet per puro caso, decidiamo di provarlo. Appena arrivati non mi è piaciuta l’insistenza di 2 camerieri che volevano a tutti i costi farci ordinare un drink di benvenuto che alla fine non abbiamo preso.
Abbiamo ordinato tagliata tbone, buona e nel rispetto della cottura richiesta. Anche gli antipastini molto sfiziosi.
Dolci non rivedere.
Nel complesso è stata una buona esperienza, prezzi da standard Milanesi.

io e mia moglie abbiamo cenato in questo locale un venerdì sera: nonostante la posizione del ristorante sia relativamente defilata, siamo rimasti favorevolmente colpiti dalla cura degli interni, arredati con un tocco elegantemente essenziale.
Il personale è giovane, solerte e molto gentile. Dopodiché, arriva il bello: il menù propone una vasta scelta di carni, tutte di alta qualità e con preparazioni che, lungi dal pasticciarle, ne lasciano intatte gusto e consistenze, esaltando ogni peculiarità.
Io ho scelto un filetto, mia moglie un ribeye argentino, il tutto preceduto da polpettine, affiancato da patate e verdure e irrorato da un ottimo rosso di Antinori.
I prezzi non sono a buon mercato, ma non potrebbe essere altrimenti, perché la materia prima è davvero di primissima scelta.
