Not just pizza, which was also excellent. I tried: a pork carpaccio cbt with pecorino foam and fried artichoke chips, a beef ingot cooked at low temperature that melted in the mouth, a broad bean puree with chicory and a cardoncello mushroom that went very well, an excellent artichoke stuffed with cod and an equally excellent millefeuille with octopus ragù. All accompanied by a good local pas dosé and to finish a babá that was not bad!

Stroke of luck! By chance we came to this restaurant without a reservation. Since it is very popular it was fully booked, but the owner did everything possible to secure two places for us. Since we had to wait a long time, we were given small, very tasty snacks to tide us over. Everything is cooked in front of us. Very fascinating to watch how clean and coordinated they are, even in such a big rush. We had never had artichokes and polupe so delicious. More than a “haute cuisine”, this is an “art cuisine”. We would love to come back. Super nice hosts!

The quality of the dishes served is very high.
The open kitchen and the varied menu, with starters, meat or fish main courses and also excellent pizzas.
I recommend the meat carpaccio and the freshly sliced cold cuts, which are superb.
If you are spoiled for choice, let yourself be advised by Domingo, the highly professional room manager who will amaze you.
