Not just pizza, but excellent. I tasted: a CBT pork carpaccio with pecorino foam and fried artichoke chips, a beef ingot cooked at low temperature that melted in the mouth, a broad bean puree with chicory and a cardoncello mushroom that went very well, an excellent artichoke stuffed with cod and an equally excellent millefeuille with octopus ragout. All accompanied by a good local pas dosé and to finish a not bad babá!

Stroke of luck! By chance we came to this restaurant without a reservation. Since it is very popular it was fully booked, but the owner did everything possible to secure two places for us. Since we had to wait a long time, we were given small, very tasty snacks to tide us over. Everything is cooked in front of us. Very fascinating to watch how clean and coordinated they are, even in such a big rush. We had never had artichokes and polupe so delicious. More than a “haute cuisine”, this is an “art cuisine”. We would love to come back. Super nice hosts!

The quality of the dishes served is very high.
The open kitchen and the varied menu, with starters, meat or fish main courses and also excellent pizzas.
I recommend the meat carpaccio and the freshly sliced cold cuts, which are superb.
If you are spoiled for choice, let yourself be advised by Domingo, the highly professional room manager who will amaze you.

Questo ristorante è ideale per passare una bella serata tra buon vino locale e ottima carne. La ricerca e la cura nei piatti si vede e il risultato, su consiglio del maitre di sala, è stato perfetto dall’antipasto al dolce. Il personale e’ molto attento, disponibile e molto gentile. Ci ritornerò sicuramente anche se sono di Milano. Se siete di Andria o come noi venite da Milano dovete assolutamente passare da Virgo.

Locale davvero accogliente. Servizio veloce ed efficiente. Ottimo menù, proposte interessanti con materie prime locali della tradizione pugliese. Impasto della pizza leggerissimo.
