I went with a friend, a regular customer, I have no words to describe the pork shank among the best I've ever eaten.. warm and impeccable service..
I thank the owners for giving me an exceptional meal in a warm environment.
For me, from now on, a point of reference for catering in Linguaglossa..

We had a nice time at this cosy restaurant in Linguaglossa. The food was authentic and good quality, a solid family style dining experience. We were hoping for a more varied wine list but were able to select a good local wine from the list. The waitress was very efficient. One note, the English translation of the menu translates "Contorni" as "Outline" which was a bit confusing when the waitress asked us what Outline we wanted with our mains. This should be translated as "Sides" or "Side Dishes".

This place is totally overrated. Way too expensive for what they are serving - I got dry pasta with bradcrumps - almost no sauce for 15€. I asked waiter for additional sauce, but she did not understand the English so she brought me a salt. The service was over all good but the taste is no worth of the money.

We had a wonderful Sunday night dinner in this cosy trattoria. The lighting is average but service was great and always with a smile or laugh. The pasta dishes were memorably good - a meaty tagliatelle ragu and a paccheri with pistachio cream and burrata and bacon. A mixed grill and salad - the salad was definitely an afterthought with added fries which were perfectly cooked wedges. Very full and very happy.

The tavern is located in the central streets of Linguaglossa, the place is small but welcoming, it is better to book.
The dishes are made with attention to the quality of the ingredients. The pork shank and the pasta with sauce or ragù are very good. The choice of Etna wines is rich.
Courteous staff.

We chose this place by chance but we found excellent food but above all a wonderful welcome and this really means a lot to us. Stefania and her brother proved to be excellent home owners, Stefania in particular with her friendliness and sweetness accompanied us throughout the dinner, recommending their typical dishes and we felt at home. Surely when we are in this one it will be a pleasure to return.

The place is a little out of the way from the main street of the town. It appears welcoming and invites you to come in, inside you will find Stefi, the extra star, who with her contagious vitality will make your stay inside the restaurant extremely pleasant. As far as the kitchen is concerned, there are lights and shadows. Some dishes are well made, others such as the arancino with fondue need to be reviewed, in our opinion. The heart of the arancino was cold and the fondue covered its flavor, furthermore both the house wine and the water were not fresh. The price is consistent with what is proposed.
