Spectacular dinner (both quality and quantity), excellent value. Rooms are very dated, but overall clean and spacious. There was a huge difference between dinner (sublime) and breakfast (meager and with little choice).

Very nice rustic location and the food is really good, the dishes are cooked in a homely way from the starter to the dessert and then what can I say, eating while talking with Giorgione is priceless

Excellent Sunday lunch at Villa Selva: traditional dishes prepared with genuine ingredients. The appetizer buffet is truly lavish and full of authentic flavors. I particularly enjoyed the homemade focaccia, perfectly leavened and delicious. For our first courses, we had lasagna and orecchiette with mushrooms, peas, and guanciale, and it was this last combination that really amazed us. The second courses, side dishes, and trio of desserts were equally delicious. I felt like I was having lunch at my grandmother's house. The location is welcoming, immersed in the beautiful greenery of the Umbrian countryside. The staff is kind, attentive, and quick, managing to minimize wait times. It would be lovely to return and try the overnight stay experience. Giorgione in the dining room is great entertainment, friendly as always, and available to take photos with customers. For us, who come from Basilicata, every kilometer traveled was truly worth it!

While planning our vacation in central Italy, we attempted to book a table at Giorgione in Montefalco, "invited" by the famous owner's numerous recipe videos. Unable to find a table, we were very kindly redirected to his sons' restaurant, which we honestly didn't know. They gave us all the necessary information, including Giorgione's schedule, and this alone was a good sign for us: clear communication, follow-up, precision, attention to detail—including the advance explanation of the fixed menu (drinks not included). Once we finally arrived, the experience fully met our expectations. The location is beautiful, surrounded by greenery but not difficult to reach. The welcome was excellent, not only from Giorgione, who needs no introduction and was very helpful even with only half an hour to spare, but also from his sons and the staff, who were very knowledgeable and courteous. Of course, there's not much to say about the food: the appetizer is definitely the highlight, offering a truly all-you-can-eat selection, and theoretically that alone would be worth the price of the fixed menu. We decided not to linger too long—and the temptation was strong!—to fully enjoy the first and second courses—specifically, amatriciana, ricotta ravioli with gorgonzola, walnuts, and radicchio, capon à l'orange, and beef braised in Sagrantino wine, served with baked potatoes and a side salad. These are traditional dishes, but excellently prepared, well-seasoned but not overly salty or overpowering. Even the dessert selection was on par with the rest of the dinner. We didn't stay overnight, but the dinner experience was definitely more than positive, definitely worth the fixed price—in fact, proportionally, even more. And, from what we were able to interact with, Giorgione's courtesy and friendliness truly are as good as they are on video!

You absolutely must try it at least once. It's a war machine; everyone knows what they're doing and everyone does it masterfully. I could describe the dishes, the kindness, the quality, and more. One image: Giorgione arrives, eats at the buffet like everyone else, and arranges the plates, mixing the various dishes. To me, it means he loves what he's doing.

A legendary experience. He's a character who alone makes the experience worthwhile. Quality food, plentiful, and served with courtesy and expertise. Wonderful location, absolutely worth it.

Una cena eccellente con prodotti locali e di qualità, ampia scelta e porzioni super abbondanti. Un menù selezionato, servizio ottimo e accoglienza veramente super. Poter incontrare Giorgione è meraviglioso! Da non perdere.

Esperienza fantastica. Giorgione e sua figlia persone simpaticissime ed alla mano, i ragazzi in sala davvero bravi e disponibili. Pranzo veramente da ricordare, il generoso buffet degli antipasti un elogio al sapore gunuino del territorio, primi e secondi piatti gustosi e veramente buoni. Al tris di dolci siamo arrivati pienissimi.....che dire.....andateci ne vale davvero la pena 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
