We left Villa Selva a few hours ago. We return home inebriated by the tranquility of the place, but above all by the warm and familiar welcome that Giorgione and his sons reserve. Our room was spacious with an adjoining very comfortable living room. It is reductive and obvious to say that we ate very well because you have to live this experience personally to appreciate the quality of the products and the excellent cuisine, in addition to the infinite variety offered. We were also impressed by the helpfulness of the staff, in particular we take with us the memory of Mrs. Mara always attentive, discreet, kind and helpful, especially with me, in finding an impromptu alternative to a second course that was not meat-based. I conclude by thanking all the staff, in particular Giorgione whose simplicity, friendliness and affability is equal to that which we appreciate so much on TV. Infinite thanks and see you soon

Beautiful agriturismo immersed in the countryside. We came for a friend's birthday and being big fans of Giorgione we couldn't miss this opportunity. Huge appetizer buffet, there is an embarrassment of choice between cold cuts, cheeses, hot and cold dishes, various pickles and delicious pates. The menu is fixed and includes 2 first courses, 2 second courses and desserts. All very abundant but very good! Congratulations to everyone!

An experience to repeat.
Giorgione a guarantee.
With a group of friends we booked dinner and overnight stay, breakfast included the next day. Derisory price and crazy dinner.
Buffet appetizer followed by two first courses, two second courses, sweets, bitters and coffee.
The only thing to do is prepare your stomach for the deliciousness offered.
The excellent welcome, the place surrounded by greenery and where peace reigns complete everything.
For those who want to treat themselves to excellent food and lots of relaxation.

Villa Selva is a little corner of paradise, run with passion by the children of the famous Giorgione. From the first moment you feel welcomed like family: the staff is kind, helpful and always smiling. The rooms have a rustic charm, warm and cared for in detail, perfect for truly unplugging. All around there is only silence, nature and peace: the ideal place for those seeking true relaxation.
The cuisine is ideal for those who, like me, are nostalgic for grandma's cooking. Genuine products, abundant dishes, true flavors. You can feel that every ingredient is chosen with love and prepared with respect for tradition. A table that tastes like home, but with that extra touch that only those who have lived in the kitchen can give.
Highly recommended for those who want to slow down and rediscover the taste of simple things done well.

Every year we have a meeting for about 100 people who are passionate about the cooking group we follow. Every year it is always a wonderful experience with excellent food at really affordable prices.
Very pleasant spaces and a swimming pool complete the structure which also offers very nice and clean rooms.
Also equipped with apartments in a dependance a short distance away.
A really nice place to spend a nice relaxing weekend in the name of good food!

We went to this facility for three days to get to know Giorgione, and we were very satisfied with both his availability and the facility itself: very clean rooms and apartments equipped with what is necessary, the buffet is very abundant and the dishes are really excellent, just like our grandmothers cooked them. Maria and Giuseppe (managers of the property) were very nice and available for everything. We will be back for sure

Esperienza fantastica. Giorgione e sua figlia persone simpaticissime ed alla mano, i ragazzi in sala davvero bravi e disponibili. Pranzo veramente da ricordare, il generoso buffet degli antipasti un elogio al sapore gunuino del territorio, primi e secondi piatti gustosi e veramente buoni. Al tris di dolci siamo arrivati pienissimi.....che dire.....andateci ne vale davvero la pena 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

My review refers exclusively to the 𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐞.
The overall rating is just above the 100% rating, but we certainly can't dare more.
The buffet is full of food and you certainly won't go home hungry. But with the exception of a few cheeses and cured meats, the rest is really without particular emphasis, without particular commitment.
𝘾'𝙚̀ 𝙩𝙖𝙣𝙩𝙤, 𝙢𝙖 𝙣𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙚 𝙖𝙡 𝙩𝙚𝙢𝙥𝙤 𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙨𝙨𝙤.

Nobody checks that the containers for Roman tripe, for example, are closed, so everything gets cold in a flash and the food is exposed to bacterial proliferation. The same goes for legumes placed next to them. The buffet was left in the open air for hours, given that the service was held outside.
At the table the service is approximate, there is no ice for the seau à glace and the waiters - for goodness sake, there is no longer any staff - are polite kids, but can barely remember the name of the dish.
For lunch (surprisingly, the menu is fixed and ok, but no one can know what you will eat before having it in table), both first and second courses and desserts 𝐬𝐚𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐞, 𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐳𝐚 𝐚𝐥𝐜𝐮𝐧 𝐚𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞, 𝐭𝐮𝐭𝐭𝐢 𝐅𝐑𝐄𝐃𝐃𝐈, 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐢 𝐢 𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐦𝐢 𝐞 𝐢 𝐬𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐢.

The first day the disappointment is great and this helps you remember them, then they pass miserably into oblivion and you put a cross on it.
𝐄̀ 𝐮𝐧𝐚 𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐚 𝐬𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐳𝐢𝐚𝐥𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞.
And you don't go to Giorgione's restaurant, but to a canteen, where you are treated exactly like when you go to the canteen. It may be that many people like this, for goodness sake, but of the character "Giorgione, vegetable garden and kitchen", who we learned to know on TV and read in his books, not much remains at Villa Selva, except a tired and bored (and who wouldn't be in his place!) "puppet" who is there to reap the fruits of media exposure, without - unfortunately - giving anything in return.
Then, with the bill paid, you can easily spend 55 euros per person elsewhere and be more likely to take home a more significant experience.
It's a real shame, not only will we never return (and ok, no one cares, let alone the property that has the queue outside), but we certainly won't recommend it to our friends.

L'atmosfera che si respira è quella del vecchio casolare di Famiglia, accogliente, caldo e cordiale.
Dagli antipasti a volontà ( mangiatene pochi se volete arrivare alla fine ), passando per i 2 primi gustosi e caserecci, andando verso i secondi di tradizione della Nonna, arrivando al tris di dolci, tutto semplicemente buonissimo, ovviamente accompagnati dalla presenza di Giorgione, che si concede simpaticamente in foto e battute, un mix difficile da trovare in qualsiasi altro luogo.
Esperienza unica da provare, ma consiglio vivamente di andarci a stomaco vuoto, i piatti sono molto abbondanti e ben fatti.
