Average place, very slow service, waiters who didn't know what was for the first or second course. You'd order water and it would arrive after ten minutes.
An ideal place for those who want to stuff themselves.
The appetizers are good, it must be said, and there's a certain amount of attention to detail, especially with the cheeses. The first and second courses are completely average.
Unfortunately, in my opinion, the hype isn't justified.
The place is completely average, nothing special, but nothing good either. Definitely not worth traveling the miles from Rome or other cities.

Excellent restaurant, with high-quality products.
Giorgione was the star of the evening, a friendly and approachable person despite his fame.
The appetizer buffet was very generous and delicious.
The two first courses were both excellent, as were the second courses.

The restaurant is run by Giorgione, a well-known TV personality known for his recipes. It's very well organized, with a set menu and good, well-prepared ingredients.
The price is fair; the only drawback is the long reservation process.

Beautiful rustic-style villa with welcoming rooms. The fixed-price menu, €38.00 (drinks not included), includes a generous and varied appetizer buffet: cured meats, cheeses, crostini sauces, zucchini tart, nervetti (veal nerve), bean soup, Roman-style tripe, casatiello (a kind of stuffed pasta), onion focaccia, and many other dishes. The menu includes two first courses, two second courses with side dishes, and a trio of desserts. Everything was delicious and authentic. We took photos with Giorgione in the property's beautiful garden. We'll be back again in January 2026, the first available date, as we're already very busy, so if you'd like to experience Giorgione, I recommend booking early!

We went for lunch on Sunday, well what can I say, everything was fantastic, the location was surrounded by greenery, beautiful and large, the place was welcoming inside, everything was delicious, the buffet was amazing, that alone was worth the price of lunch, the staff were super friendly and available for any request, then what can I say, Giorgione was a myth, a legend, available for a chat and 2 photos, super welcoming

We were guests for lunch and, to be honest, we were a bit perplexed.
As for the appetizers, there was nothing to complain about. Lots of variety, and all the ingredients were excellent, both cooked and uncooked. We honestly expected more from the first courses, both the pappardelle with wild boar ragù and the other first course with sausage and mushrooms, which were just average. The second courses weren't quite to our taste. The porchetta, in particular, was way too much, way too fatty. The guinea fowl was very dry.
In conclusion, we expected much more.
The 4 stars are for Giorgione's name and for the appetizers; perhaps we just chose the wrong day.

Una cena eccellente con prodotti locali e di qualità, ampia scelta e porzioni super abbondanti. Un menù selezionato, servizio ottimo e accoglienza veramente super. Poter incontrare Giorgione è meraviglioso! Da non perdere.

Con Giorgione si va sul sicuro sempre, l’antipasto è spaventosamente abbondante, i primi ed i secondi sono gustosissimi, Giorgione poi ha l passione per il suo lavoro e si occupa personalmente di accudire la clientela, di concede con pazienza a foto e battute, sempre al top, ovviamente bisogna prenotare per tempo
