We had dinner with family and friends... nothing special... but we expected it. The big disappointment was the pasta, overcooked... both courses. And then a second course... a mini porchetta sandwich, an olive oil sandwich... let's just say that overall I wouldn't go back. It was an experience given Mr. Giorgione's popularity, but there are definitely places where the food is much better.

A very beautiful place, it's an old renovated farmhouse. Inside, everything is very well-kept, even though it's not overly decorated. The staff is super helpful, reliable, kind, and knowledgeable. Giorgione is obviously the star, who, in addition to his work, I should point out, entertains people... the quality and deliciousness of the food is undeniable, with generous portions. If it weren't for the fact that you have to book months in advance, I'd go back for another experience. Last but not least, the price. Which is definitely... honest.

The first and second courses reflect Umbrian tradition: fresh homemade pasta with rich sauces and expertly cooked meats, where "not skimping" on high-quality olive oil and butter is the hallmark. The Atmosphere: The location is splendid, surrounded by greenery, meticulously maintained but without excessive formality. You feel right at home. The highlight is often the presence of Giorgio himself: seeing him wander among the tables in his iconic overalls, exchanging a joke with everyone and making sure no one is left empty-handed makes the experience unique. He's a host from another era. The Service: The staff is friendly, fast, and very kind, perfectly in keeping with the spirit of the inn. The price is absolutely fair considering the quantity and, above all, the freshness of the ingredients used. Conclusion: You leave feeling full, happy, and with the feeling of having eaten "real" food. It's the ideal place for a long, unhurried lunch in the company of friends or family. I highly recommend booking well in advance! Pros: Quality of the ingredients, generous portions, the presence of the legendary Giorgione. Cons: It's hard to stop eating!

Eating at Villa Selva was like being at home. The welcome and attention from Maria (Giorgione's daughter) were truly pampering. Giorgione himself was available to answer any questions and...photos. His humility always strikes me. What can I say about the food? Poetry in every bite...the appetizers were rich in everything...the pasta was strictly handmade, delicious, and the second courses were tender pork and guinea fowl. Chocolate cake, strozzetti with almonds and chocolate, and panna cotta. A truly excellent combination of quality and price. Congratulations to everyone.

Wonderful, exactly what I wanted when we booked! Giorgione's presence also enlivened the evening, and he was absolutely helpful and kind! I had the opportunity to see the kitchens, even from the outside, and they were very clean and impeccable! We had a small issue with a glass, but the staff were incredibly helpful and fixed everything immediately, truly impeccable. Overall, an experience worth experiencing and watching.

One of the best food and wine experiences of my life!!! A tip: go after fasting for a couple of days... You eat in quantity and, above all, the quality is incredible! Giuseppe and Giorgione are two special people! How wonderful!
