Lovely hotel, great location, fantastic pool. Disappointing restaurant (both service and food), would not recommend having a meal there.

Water leak behind the toilet, the fridge didn't work and was empty. The bed creaked. No information sheet in the room to inform us of the bar and possibly the restaurant consumption. The room was clean but plain. The towel rental is rather poor for a Mercure. The reception was very friendly at the checkin. The private parking was very appreciated.

The reception service is excellent. The staff are very helpful. The room is spacious with a comfortable bed, but in the bathroom, I always found mosquitoes on the Styrofoam ceiling. The breakfast staff would quickly clear the dishes, even before guests had finished eating. The service at the bar and restaurant leaves a lot to be desired. The staff was rude and impatient when it came to choosing from the menu.

The location is beautiful, but the hotel thrives on its profits. Unfortunately, the customer service isn't as impressive.

The extraordinary welcome from the very friendly Pietro already deserves 10,000 stars. Fabulous rooms, a fantastic facility, and excellent staff, from reception to bar and dining room service. Last but not least, the cleanliness of the rooms. The public areas are impeccable. If I return to Bari, I already know where to stay. Thank you for everything, and goodbye.

We booked a quadruple room for one night as we were passing through Bari. The room was very large, with a king-size bed and a second double bed (sofa bed), a table with four chairs, and a spacious marble bathroom. The staff were incredibly friendly! We enjoyed the elegant restaurant with impeccable service. It was a shame we didn't swim in the beautiful pool! But only due to lack of time... If we were to return to Bari, it would be a pleasure to stay here again.

Excellent restaurant de l'hôtel Mercure. Plats succulents. Vins rosés de la région très bon. Nos 2 serveur et serveuse Orlanzo et Maria Angela exceptionnels de gentillesse. Service très professionnel. 3 diners dans ce restaurant d'hôtel sans faute. Nous avons adoré. Merci pour ces bons moments
