Great hotel with a pool & a small-ish spa and gym. Staff are very nice and level of service is fantastic! Rooms could do with a little freshening up, but otherwise a fantastic hotel and highly recommended!

The rooms were simple, especially for a deluxe room, the bathroom was in order. The food was expensive but still good. The location is not good because you are on the wrong side of Bari, close to the station and the neighborhood is ugly, but if you cross the station it is very beautiful.
The service was nothing wrong with it, except that the refrigerator box was broken, but we immediately received another one. The pool was very warm but very nice and the garden was beautiful.

We had wonderful stay here. Staffs are very friendly & attentive. Breakfast is excellent. They have indoor and outdoor seatings, a small gym and sauna with hot room, steam room and a jacuzzi.
Room was big and the one we got in 5th floor had excellent view of the swimming pool.
It is very close to the train station and can also do a long walk to old city.

Feedback that I made directly to the hotel, to the kitchen and to the hotel reception:
I would like to make a suggestion regarding taking breakfast orders, this should be done by the waiters at the table instead of customers coming to the cooker and waiting in front of her. This would save stress on the cook and the customers from waiting in front of her or asking them to come back in 5 minutes because she cannot make the orders and memorize new orders. Which is normal, this type of order taking is impossible to manage as soon as there are a few people.
Taking orders at the table by waiters is a better option, and this is what is done in all the luxury hotels that I have been to.
Or at least an order taken by someone other than the cook, taken and processed in order and someone to serve them.
Waiting seated at the table is not a problem for customers, but having to wait to take your order, sometimes going back and forth for nothing and waiting standing is not worthy of the hotel's standard. This created disorganization/stress that could be avoided.
Other personal feedback:
Aside from the comment about taking orders, there is a choice for breakfast, it's good. Fresh pressed juices instead of industrial fruit juices would be even better.
The exterior of the hotel is very pretty.
The rooms are OK, as said in other comments that I have read, decor a little dated but that's a matter of taste.
General feeling that the price of the hotel is a little expensive compared to the services.

C'est le restaurant de l'hôtel de Mercure. Nous avons plutôt bien mangé, le cadre est agréable par contre un peu cher ....
