Very nice hotel. Beautiful surroundings. The hotel has a large outdoor pool. Breakfast is good. I recommend it!

Is it beautiful? Yes. Is it clean? Yes. Is the staff friendly and competent? Yes. BUT the devil is in the details - and being a 4 star hotel is about details. We were on the third floor and the wifi was just terrible. Kept dropping and reconnecting. This is not acceptable in 2025 in a Mercure. Moreover - how is it possible for all the paintings not to hang correctly off the walls? The shower was spacious, with great water pressure - but the glass pane has water traces that are not wiped off daily. The breakfast buffet has a great selection... But the cornetti offered were pitiful and the cappuccinos we were served were very poor given the fact this is an Italian hotel. Conclusion: If you want a nice, clean, restful place to sleep in in a beautiful setting, the Mercure is for you. But they need to work on getting everything right, and not just the big picture.

This hotel has a small, brand-new building next to the main building, featuring fully-equipped apartments with hotel services. Perfect for a short stay, it's just minutes from public transport and the train station. It also includes a swimming pool, spa, and gym.

The service was nothing short of perfect, with highly trained chefs and truly welcoming waitstaff. The dinner was truly sublime.

Water leak behind the toilet, the fridge didn't work and was empty. The bed creaked. No information sheet in the room to inform us of the bar and possibly the restaurant consumption. The room was clean but plain. The towel rental is rather poor for a Mercure. The reception was very friendly at the checkin. The private parking was very appreciated.

The reception service is excellent. The staff are very helpful. The room is spacious with a comfortable bed, but in the bathroom, I always found mosquitoes on the Styrofoam ceiling. The breakfast staff would quickly clear the dishes, even before guests had finished eating. The service at the bar and restaurant leaves a lot to be desired. The staff was rude and impatient when it came to choosing from the menu.
