An excellent accommodation, with an atmosphere and expertise reminiscent of decades past (in the best possible way). There was a minor misunderstanding upon arrival, and while it was being resolved, they offered us a cocktail, and then upgraded us to a room superior to the one we had booked—spacious, comfortable, and very quiet. The staff is very attentive and polite, and their restaurant, a haven of peace and good manners, serves exquisite food in a very elegant setting. Highly recommended, all in all.

I stayed at this property for work and had a very positive experience. The staff were impeccable: friendly, helpful, and well-trained, ready to provide any information you might need. The room was very spacious, with a large, comfortable bed, clean, and equipped with a mini-fridge and everything you need to make tea. The only thing that could be improved: given the generous size of the room, I would have preferred a slightly larger bathroom, especially a shower. Breakfast is international in style, varied, and well-organized. The real added value, however, was the wellness area, accessible for a small extra €5, which includes everything you need: a service that makes your stay even more enjoyable. I didn't have the opportunity to try the restaurant, but judging by the dishes served and the satisfaction of the guests, I believe it offers truly excellent quality. In conclusion: a welcoming and well-equipped property, I would definitely return if I'm in the area again.

Since our first visit, we've been coming back again and again and have never been disappointed. There are a wide variety of rooms, and almost all have a great balcony. The spa area has a beautiful indoor pool and two outdoor whirlpools. The hotel's grounds are beautifully designed and inviting. The restaurant is second to none and comes highly recommended.

A 4-star hotel with beautiful facilities, a very generous breakfast room, and plenty of variety. It has the feel of a luxury hotel, although the rooms are small but cozy. A rather unusual skylight. Free outdoor parking for guests. We were given a jar of jam after check-out.

We only stayed one night at Villa Madruzzo but really wish we had stayed longer. The hotel itself is beautiful and in a great, peaceful location, but what really made the difference was the staff. Everyone we met was welcoming and helpful, and a special mention has to go to Valentina, the manager. She went out of her way to make sure everything was smooth for us and couldn’t have been kinder or more attentive. You can tell she really cares about the guests. Breakfast was excellent, the room was comfortable, and overall it just felt like a place run with a lot of heart. Definitely recommend and would love to come back for a longer stay.

I wish there were 10 stars so I could give them all. I booked the suite with the hot tub for a late summer weekend. Upon our arrival, the staff was thoughtful in not revealing the "surprise" in the room to my husband, a gesture I noticed and definitely appreciated. The room itself was truly nothing to complain about: spacious and comfortable, they left us a bottle of wine with fruit, the bed was truly comfortable, and the shower was spacious and clean. The highlight of the room, of course, was the hot tub on the balcony, just the right temperature and well-lit for a nighttime soak with a view of the park and the mountains. Since we were staying with a baby who was just a few months old, we ordered dinner in our room to enjoy a relaxing meal while he rested. The service was perfect, and I'd like to compliment the chef on the pink peppercorn fillet. The windows soundproof the room perfectly, although we preferred to keep them open to enjoy the cicadas' song. The breakfast was sublime: the croissants were fresh and the cold cuts were of high quality. The staff was attentive and attentive to their guests' needs. Nestled in a green park, this hotel offers a truly relaxing and rejuvenating stay. We'll definitely be back.

Everything was AMAZING! I spent 2 nights at this property in the area adjacent to the wellness center. The service was excellent, as were the varied breakfasts and dinners. The staff were extremely kind and welcoming.
