Unforgettable stay at Villa d’Este. Before staying here our favorite hotel was the Beverly Hills hotel in Los Angeles but the Villa d'Este has dethroned it. The staff, the rooms, the swimming pool, everything was perfect like a dream. We can't wait to return to this paradise.

Villa d'Este in Lake Como offers a mixed experience. The grounds are absolutely stunning, with beautifully manicured gardens and picturesque views of the lake that are truly breathtaking. The staff is exceptional, providing attentive and friendly service throughout our stay. However, the rooms left much to be desired. They felt outdated, with decor that seemed stuck in the past, and the air conditioning was barely functional, making for some uncomfortable nights. For the price, the accommodations simply didn't live up to expectations. Overall, while the setting and service were top-notch, the rooms fell short of the luxury one would expect for the money spent.

Este es el hotel más hermoso y terreno que he visto en cualquier lugar. El personal es muy amable y servicial. Esto va desde la administración a los servidores, al personal de limpieza. Todos trabajando allí. Comimos en los restaurantes Grill y Veranda en la propiedad. Ambas muy buenas experiencias. Mi esposa y yo nos hemos alojado en la Villa d’Este muchos años en los últimos 14 años. Me encanta este hotel. Es lo más cercano a la perfección que uno puede llegar a ser. Es caro, pero si te lo puedes permitir, vale la pena.
