Our stay at Hotel Villa d'Este was truly unforgettable, and a huge part of that was thanks to the incredible guest relations team and staff. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with such warmth and professionalism. Every staff member, from concierge and valet to room service, bartenders, and guest relations, went above and beyond to make our experience perfect. I worked closely with the team to plan a proposal for my now fiancée, and they listened to every detail and request, ensuring everything was set up flawlessly. They helped me create the most magical moment, and their attention to detail was incredible. It felt like they were genuinely invested in making our special occasion perfect. The property itself is stunning, and the atmosphere is so serene and elegant—it will forever hold a special place in our hearts. We were so impressed by how every staff member made us feel like VIPs, always knowing our names and accommodating every request, no matter the hour. We truly can't wait to return for many more special moments. Thank you, Villa d'Este, for making this experience one we will never forget!

I usually give 5 stars to the places I visit, which I always relate to the category they belong to. I wanted to try the chocolate shop. Very beautiful location, beautiful gardens, priceless view, friendly staff, excellent quality of chocolate. Here, everything is perfect, but no, really no, the cream in the chocolate cannot be from the can!

I have been returning to Villa d’Este since 2004 and this is not just for the scenery and the amazing place that it is but also because of the dedication of staff and their attention to detail and availability and helpfulness.

A dream, great service, wonderful location

I had the opportunity to visit this magical place several times last year, first at the Cioccolata House and this year at the Green House. I must say that I really liked the Green House, especially for the possibility of enjoying a light lunch accompanied by a breathtaking panoramic view. However, my visit on Boxing Day was a little disappointing. I understand that on such an important day the place can be crowded, but unfortunately, upon our arrival, we encountered a lack of service. We had made the reservation through their website, pledging with a credit card, in order to guarantee our presence. I therefore expect that, if seriousness is expected from customers, the service must also be up to par. Unfortunately, our table was not available and they made us sit outside, making us wait. The girl who took care of us apologized for the wait, but I noticed that just before us they seated four people without any reservations. I would like to point out that we arrived on time, so I was a little disappointed by this situation, in a place that I consider special. I hope that the service can improve in the future, because the potential of this place is enormous. In the meantime, I thank you for the opportunity to visit this lovely place and hope to return soon with a better experience.
