Review of restaurant only.
We took the vegetable (vegan) menu, which was overall satisfying. The nems with sauce are good, the coconut crepe is delicate but perhaps too salty, the green curry is good. Always excellent coconut dessert (pudding/caramel). Average bill, nice environment, the secluded room was very welcome. Advised!

My experience is only for the restaurant:
As soon as I entered I was surrounded by the warm and welcoming environment, furnished in Vietnamese style with great taste. The food was a surprise,
light, tasty, simple but refined, fresh and healthy. The warm and kind owners pampered us from arrival to departure. I struggled to leave them. Congratulations and thanks.

I was here thanks to a smartbox and I was pleasantly surprised by the warm and familiar environment but at the same time with that romantic touch.
I found the food very good and the service professional.
The only thing is that being a place where people also book to sleep, to enter the restaurant there is no separate entrance but that's not a bad thing given the great experience.
Strangely, we immediately found a parking spot but many cars were still on the sidewalk.

We didn't stay in the hotel, so I'll only rate the restaurant.
We chose this place thanks to a gift card and we were offered the fish menu.
I'll start by saying that I don't really like shrimp, but I admit that it was an excellent choice to get to know Vietnamese flavours.
They brought us three different types of rolls: two cold ones with noodles, rice, vegetables and shrimp or salmon; one hot and fried, nice and crunchy and to be eaten with salad wrapped around it.
As a first course we received a typical dish, again based on shrimp.
The second course was the sea bream. Both accompanied by the typical side rice.
Beyond the gift card, we added a Vietnamese beer and two desserts: a sort of crepe with mango ice cream and a nice warm ginger cake.
To finish, we asked for a Vietnamese coffee. Must try, because it's excellent!
Recommended, also for the kindness of the staff.

Locale molto bello, situato all'interno di una villetta dietro viale Marche. Cibo molto buono e curato, dagli antipasti al dolce. Servizio attento e non invadente. unica pecca il costo dei dolci, che mi è sembrato un po' alto (se si esclude la degustazione).

I would like to point out that I did not stay, so the review only concerns the restaurant. I ordered the land menu, so as to try different dishes (I underline that I noticed different celiac and vegan/vegetarian options).
I really liked the 3 dishes that make up the menu, even though I am not a fan of coriander, while as far as the service is concerned, I appreciated the first gentleman who served us, who explained the dish to us well and how to eat it.
Personally I never eat a lot, and so I didn't order dessert, I preferred to opt for a 45% Vietnamese alcoholic drink which I appreciated.

in addition to the delicious dishes, the restaurant is truly fabulous! As soon as you enter it feels like you're in a fairy tale. excellent cuisine, fantastic for a slightly different culinary experience than usual! highly recommended 😊
