I didn’t even stay there because I was in another city. But they helped me and my wife find a taxi when we had problems with the boat. Overall, very kind staff in an excellent location.

Stayed here to start our honeymoon (Sept 2019) and it was amazing. Such a memorable stay. Does anyone know if they sell the scent that permeates the hotel?

I visited only the restaurant and the terrace. But since the first moment the hostess made us feel welcome. The attention was nice and friendly, we ordered drinks meanwhile we waited for the table and they gave us complementary snacks too.
The view of the restaurant is so nice, everything fit perfectly… the ambiente, the music, the good service of the staff. The food was very delicious to complement the perfect scene. We had an excellent time.

Went to the bar for aperitif. Sensational service, great snacks and drinks overlooking the lake. Friendly and welcoming to non hotel guests. Would highly recommend.

I wandered into this beautiful hotel during my day trip from Milan to Varenna. It was a beautiful hotel and I would like to personally thank Marco from the concierge for his support in arranging a driver for me. I would love to stay at this stunning hotel on my next visit to Varenna, thanks to the amazing service I received.

Amazing stay, perfect location, very friendly staff attentive to all your needs and very professional, and beautiful hotel and rooms!
Perfect experience in Varenna at the Royal Victoria. The views are beautiful from everywhere (room, restaurant, the pool). Breakfast is amazing and a dream to start your day with such scenery.
10/10 experience. We will definitely come back and recommend to anyone who stays in the lake Como area as Varenna is much more quiet and charming than Bellagio for example.

Had a room block here for our wedding and the price was unmatched for our guests and the location was very central. Staff was friendly during planning and I have heard mostly great things from our guests.

We loved this restaurant! we loved it so much we ate here at least 4 times in our short stay in Varenna. This bistro is right in the main square and it does not have a water view but it makes up for it with kind attentive staff and delicious food! The pizza, lemon ravioli and the beef with vegetables was awesome!!!
